Sure is a good way to procede...

Wow so reading into it, no vulnerabilities have actually been found, the firmware is just now viewable. It only affects iPhones that are not updated to iOS 11, so the minority, and this is an old article and no vulnerabilities have been found.

Meanwhile 10 minutes with Google, a USB cable and a JTAG and you can bypass any android phones security.

But itoddlers b-btfo right?

We have human rights where I live.

Which is where exactly?

>Meanwhile 10 minutes with Google, a USB cable and a JTAG and you can bypass any android phones security
Not really.
You can wipe the device but you can't decrypt the partition.

No security implications for users. The SEP is a really nice bit of kit. Has its own encrypted memory that is zeroed on every free(). On Samsung phones you can just take peoples fingerprints as soon as a vuln is found. On apple devices you have to go through a half dozen mitigations at least to get to fingerprints.

Damn, Apple's damage control team arrived in record time.

Wow, that's such a fresh development. It's been only 2 months. Way to go, OP.

You don't go to gitmo for cyber-crime
