I grind 9-11 grams (depending on how strong I want it) and use an electric drip coffeemaker and about 150 ml of bottled water. If I don't have electricity, I like to use a moka pot. I drink it black with a teaspoon of sweetener (but never sugar, because diabetes). I like it hot, even during the summer. Also, black pure chocolate goes well with it.
