It's more that that.
It's a Dutch flag within a Boer republic flag twice (OFT and SAR), plus the Union Jack, all on an old Dutch flag.
That's a total of six flags. Two Dutch flags, one old Dutch flag, Two Boer flags, and the Union jack.

well you see, that is the "Bandera de la patria vieja" it was used when we first
became independent contry, but then the spanish took over in the period know as "La Reconquista" where horrible things happend like executions and the such, then we had this flag and eventully settled on the current one
