Here it's viewed as a foreign food. I have had it a couple of times always with flavouring. It's like calamari but chewier at least if i'm remembering correctly.
Yes halal
Oh yes, it's a traditional food.
Just Calamari. It's gross. Japs are gross.
oh yes its ancient food
we sometimes eat squids but afaik they don't sell octopussies here
smoked octopus?
Greeks make the best food in the planet.
Not, but it's eaten in Southern Europe occasionally.
First had it in a Calabrian hotel - plain, just slightly salted. Family hated it but I kinda liked it.
spics dont make it right
fuck the eurospics
No but we eat squid.
you will try eat octopus
because delicious
Exist several types, cooked with olive oil & pepper, roasted or smoked are the most consumed in that order i think.
shitty copy
dirty moors
yes we do. I'd love to eat some, right now
Tried one once in Greece, it was weird and mainly tasted of lemon
Preferred having fried squid rings in cosy restaurants on the beach
Fuck off, hans, Galicia is the biggest octopus consumer per capita in the world, it's the main regional dish.
Greeks also eat quite a lot of octopus, but it's usually roasted.
Yes.
And now I feel like having some...
I am a Greek you dirty spic. you know nothing about greeks you shitspic
Can't eating octopus potentially kill you and people die because the suction cups attach to their insides?
You can buy it here but it's expensive as fuck.
portugal is a shity copy of spain
I am Greek.
Only live ones
>You can pick them up in local markets in Korea, but you have to be extremely careful — these octopi are served while the animal is still moving. They have been known to attach their tentacles and suction cups around the necks of diners and choke them to death. Sometimes food gets its revenge.
Octopussies are quite smart btw
not even close
But I AM Greek.
Inshallah brother.
it should be yellow
indeed, my country is eat octopus
Yes they do. I don't eat it because it's not good.
why is it not good?
it's better when it's dead bro
Yes, it's one of my all time favourite dishes.
It's also easy to catch if you know where to look, I always fish some in August and September.
oh lmao i get it now
bumping with another delicious dish.
why don't Germans like this?
Yes, it's commonly eaten near the coast, mostly.
Just this evening I cooked fresh octopus legs for dinner.
Sauted them with a lot of garlic, butter, red chili, olive oil, sake and soy sauce on a pan and added some mushrooms right before the finish.
That was godly good, as always.
I have a serious question. Why do you (a Turkish immigrant) spend every waking hour of your day pretending to be Greek and shitting on everyone else? Is this some advanced form of reverse trolling? What is your endgoal?
sounds pretty good, do you cook it afterwards or eat it raw?
I meant usually not afterwards
Yes, i think everyone around the Mediterranean does it.
Its a meme foreign food
Squid is more common
Usually cook it but raw octopus sashimi is one of my favorite dishes too. It accompanies cold sake and whisky soda very well.
I like octopus Sashimi as well, I never tried it in Japan but it must be delicious.
Would you?
