Do you have anything that would block any elements within your browser? Something like umatrix. noscript, or even some type of adblocker? If so disable it or tweak it.
If that doesn't work, then just trying rebooting chrome (closing it for a bit and reopening it).
IF all that doesn't work, then fuck it. It's just a wikia page.
