That's actually a pretty cool project. I dont think 25 bucks speakers will get you very far, they will certainly be better than the shit that comes with TVs, that's for sure. I'm also not very sure if you should get the monitor on chinkland, I wouldnt trust them to not send you a cheap monitor without bleeding or dead pixels.
It's usually better to buy ones with images in the comments, I bought one on ali once and it was legit, but I looked at the comments before buying.

Thanks man. I was looking for something I could wear while otherwise unable to take my phone out of my pocket (McDonald's wage slave lol). I liked that the vphone could handle texts and calls, had bluetooth connection capabilities, and an FM radio too. The Mi Mix 2 I'm getting won't have FM radio capabilities. I only really care about calls, SMS, and bluetooth though.
