This is great. The technology like this has been coming for a while and now it is here. I will takes some years till but soon we will have apps where you provide some voice samples and some photos and it will be able to render a video with a cute waifu talking to you, which will look like a prerecorded movie and will be able to pick any voice or looks, like that popular slut cheerleader at your local hs.
