non native english posters/drunk posters should be banned
Excuse me, fellow anonymous poster on this image-based forum, but I am neither intoxicated, nor a non-native orator of the English language. Perhaps you should learn English yourself before you make a nonsensical post such as yours.
Good day.

Its sad that this is the brightest and most intelligent post I've seen on this site in years. The punctuation, capitalization, fresh words. This post radiates to me.
Dongles are sexual harassment.
>cant charge with a battery pack and listen to music at the same time
>extra piece to carry around and possibly lose
>unnecessary
>USB C becomes loose after a year
Charge your phone at night you stupid nigger
>Add unnecessary complexity and cost to your life because it's not too bad if you're willing to base your life around what Apple says is good for you.
Shill harder.
>pixel doesn’t have headphone jack
>razer doesn’t have headphone jack
>more manufacturers looking to remove jack and add notches
Get out Samshill
Enlighten me with your brilliance, oh messiah of properness.
>Only expensive phones exist
K.
1. You can if you get a dongle that allows it, or if you use BT headphones so its not impossible just more tedious
2. Yea sure and that is annoying but the dongles are cheap to replace and at least you can now leave the dongle at home if you dont use it, whereas the headphone jack always takes up valuable space in your phone
3. Buying any new phone is unnecessary, but if you want to make a thin and powerful phone removing the headphone jack seems almost necessary
4. Can you substantiate that? I havent had this issue but i havent used my usb c ports a whole lot either
>non native
shit nigga, just because i'm not an indian doesn't mean I need to leave
When I grew up the big craze was to make a device as small as possible with a headphone jack. Now the craze with you gen z is to make a device large enough for a headphone jack but not have one and call that lack of a feature a "feature".
What value is added by removing the headphone jack? I don't want a thinner phone.
nobody use headphone jack anymore since years ago when bluetooth headphones become mainstream.
i dont really care about if newest devices dont have that hole because everybody use the bluetooth
You're fucking insane. Get out of your microcosm of a bubble.
Poorfag defected.
>implying people that have egophone are rich ,because everyone takes their phones with debt
>doesn’t have enough income to buy a high end phone outright and unlocked
because right angle headphones i paid for and love are fucking gaudy with their adapters
also i cycle in jeans and the lightning dongle only lasted a month before the conductors got pinched and failed.
They made em, no idea how good they are.

OP5, G6, Xperia XZP, Note 8
>4. Can you substantiate that? I havent had this issue but i havent used my usb c ports a whole lot either
my Nexus 5X and Google Pixel both became loose between 9 and 14 months of use.
>buying 800$ phone with your paycheck while u still live in parents basement :^)
>projecting this hard
Yea thats why i said almost, im aware that a few phones have done it.
That sucks about your phones, i hope my new phone will last longer than that. The increased wear on the single connector is perhaps the biggest concern with where things are going. If the only port on the device fails its practically bricked
>Just charge it at night goy
>Oy vey buy this 17629 dollar phone made with the least amount of parts we can get away with
So? Who gives a shit what these companies are doing? It's still a literal downgrade. Give me one reason it's a good thing to remove a headphone jack.
Mutual fund go up.
I'm so fucked up.
Cringed hard
holy shit was this post supposed to impress us?
and then did you reply to yourself, pretending to be somebody else paying you a compliment? holy shit.
>This post radiates to me.
def an ESLer
yeah nobody except anybody who cares about sound quality and battery life
eat shit and die
You want what we tell you to want, plebian
>iPhone lightning plug still has USB 2.0 data transfer even on the iPhone X
At least the switch to USB C gave a performance improvement.
Yeah I must admit copying files on an off my iPhone 6 at the same speed as my first gen iPod touch is embarrassing as fuck in year of lord + 2017
I don’t even remember the last time I transferred files from my phone to my computer with a cable.
>he fell for the cloud and spotify meme
>my Nexus 5X and Google Pixel both became loose between 9 and 14 months of use.
Most of my microUSB port went loose after a year as well, scraping off lints with a toothpick helps a bit.
I only recently started using bluetooth for this.
Overpriced stuff is even more shitty, nothing new.
But about dongles they are not bad by itself for example you have crt old monitor with vga only but you just bought beast PC with dvi port only, so you buy very cheap vga-dvi dongle to connect your old but gold monitor to your PC.
But apple fucked up, they INTENTIONALLY removed jack port so if you want to use jack port you need to buy overpriced apple jack dongle. While in other phones you have jack and dont need to buy that shit. And i wont buy phone without jack because there is no bluetooth alternative to loved by me philips ergofits.
Isn't that even slower than USB 2.0?
i mean panasonic ergofits...
>before smartphones we had them
Yes, they were fucking shit
ive had a one plus two since release and still have the original cable it still locks in tight desu
