feh for static, mpv for animated

Picasa photo viewer

Honeyview on windows, the Ubuntu one on loonix, since it's the only one that supports touchpad pinch to zoom.

What kind of person would make a thread like this?
Why not ask 'Which image viewer would you recommend on Win/Mac/GNU+Linux?'
Especially with the chick pic to get attention at any price, why the fuck did you make this thread you bastard, I want an answer

No this is a 2D board

anyway I mostly use Ristretto because Xfce comes with it and its usually good enough for just looking at images. I have an installation of Irfanview under Wine but I don't use it much, usually just when I have to crop, resize, or convert formats.

Seer is the only thing you need for every type of file desu

That's very funny, Lars. Now get out.

Correct.

isn't mpv overkill?

There is only one good gnome software, it's eog.

>just an upgraded windows photo viewer
>no bloated features like an editor built in
>nice UI
>supports all important formats

mpv, with the proper scripts it's GOAT.

This nigger knows how it is.

If it's already installed then no.

xnviewMP, support all files and has tab view, and a button to toggle to 1:1 so you can see details instead of random zoom levels like photoshop

...

I use Preview, it can crop, resize, rotate, annotate and convert formats.

This but unironically. It would be perfect if it could play gifs.

>honeyview
this. works perfectly and is fairly customizable, or at least its UI doesnt suck balls like all other 3rd-party image viewers

Honeyview - feels the fastet of the ones I tested

I've always used the imager viewer that comes with Picasa. Would be nice to install it separately

Honeyview because featurerich, fast and can disable the UI

It's just a matter of replacing a .dll

Impression Eyes.

It can play gifs, lightweight and just werk.

Ma nigga

Also, i use jpegview 64 bits

...

My fork of jpegview.

Lightweight, minimal as fuck, and supports every image type I've thrown at it. Only monkeys would use something different.

I can easily go through CTW downloaded threads from NSFW boards, and hit a key to save anything I like to my fap folder. Once I'm browsing my fap folder I can easily skip through random images, and go back to previous random images too which is pretty nice.

can someone faceapp this

use Pipi, Pili, or Panfila

What? I've googled this before in the past and the only answer I got was "No, Windows Photo Viewer cannot do that. Use [other photoviewer]."

please explain

XnView on winblows

pretty complete, can crop images easily which is what I usually do with pictures (e.g. screencaps). Also has nifty batch processing features.

This. I use nomacs because it can open zip files with images in them so I don't have to decompress every doujin I download.

I'm already using faststone. It's good, can reproduce gifs.

honeyview but still searching for something similar to it that supports webms

Is there something which finds duplicates (even ones slightly cropped or in different resolutions)? And that permits tagging and databasing? I've got an embarrassingly huge folder and need to slap it into shape.
