No, it's very bad, use this in your mpv.conf:
volume=50
volume-max=100
audio-pitch-correction=no
audio-normalize-downmix=yes

Does profile=opengl-hq require the video output option to be vo=opengl or is it an output-independent feature/profile?
I'm using an integrated intel gpu and the performance with it with vo=opengl is abysmal in fullscreen - dropped frames and stuttering everywhere so I'm using the vaapi video output
