The last two god damned updates I received on Windows 10 changed settings I had in place and I cannot fucking figure out how to undo Microsoft's shitty decisions.

I never have issues or downtime or weird changed settings with windows updates. I configured everything one time and it's been a seamless experience. Are you guys doing something wrong?

If you look at security patches made in 2015/2016, they link to the MS KB article that lists a bunch of bugs that the patch introduces.

Such a large system is complex and it has always been. Go back and read earlier notes, you'll find the same exact things. It's not a recent addition whatsoever only difference is the fact that you can even get a patch as a download and not a complete physical replacement.

I don't get how people have so many fucking issues. I've had my main gayman pc for a year with w10 and have only 1 easily resolved issue. First thing I did when I got it was toggle off all telemetry and other botnet then I got classic shell and anti beacon (don't know if it's snake oil or not but I haven't had any issues) and nothing has been broken by the os itself
