Xubuntu
slackware
debian
why have you quit Slack-desu?
Red Hat, installed by my neckbeard freetard neighbor on an old PC he gave me. Tried to learn and make it useful, but ended up selling it cheap to another neckbeard neighbor. Flirted with Ubuntu a few years later, but had problems.
Now I use Windows 7/10 and OS X (not ""macOS""). Just werkz on newer hardware, no waiting for freetards to save up enough welfare money to buy something second hand years later to finally add support.
Arch, Technically Red Hat if you count university.
Arch
Elementary OS

Slackware
Slackware
Slackware 3.6, Debian. Would still use Slack but Debian's package manager is more convenient than building everything from source and messing around with dependencies.

I like Arch, but I'm too lazy to set it up all manually, so Antergos is a godsend.
can someone tell me if i can trust systemd or not
Short answer: No
Long answer: No, it's backed by Red Hat, which is closely associated with multiple intelligence agencies. It is the Intel ME of software; full of bugs, completely un-auditable due to how shit the code is and probably a legitimate botnet.

gentoo 4 month (now)
>Elementary OS
>Arch-moving to Gentoo in hours.
My real first distro which I've used without just testing it for a few hours or days was Ubuntu Dapper Drake (6.06), which I used for a few months. Mainly because of compiz back then and the 3d desktop cube with animated fish inside.
Been using Antergos with Cinnamon for over two and a half years now as a daily driver because I can't be bothered installing Arch manually. It's just unnecessarily time consuming and boring... Tiling WMs are just a stupid meme for anime fgts
Hahah, exactly what you just said. I couldn’t get it to even boot. It was a nightmare. I researched till my eyes bled and still couldn’t get it working. And it was supposed to be the best.
>ubuntu

savage
Oh wow. I was between 10 and 16 (I think? My memory is a dumpster fire) and while I was interested in trying Linux, I wasn't THAT interested so I gave up on it until high school when a friend lent me an Ubuntu live CD.
>has mint
>still has to boot into kali to do haxxoring
Hurr durr the whole point of kali is having a portable system with tools but if you already have a Linux system just install the fucking tools you fucking mong holy shit no need to download +2GB of trash and go through the hassle of booting it.
Started on Ubuntu
Now I use Emacs
He was checking his system for a suspected rootkit since his sister (without his knowledge) was working for the feds and saw her acting suspicious around the back of his monitor.

debian
gentoo (now)
i dont forsee myself switching from gentoo though
Ubuntu 8.04
Debian, Arch, and OpenSuse
