Sounds very 80s. We have some similar stuff here.
My favourite song is actually from a dude from your country:
youtube.com
This is from here. Bit folksy, some tastes of fado, some tastes of Jazz:
youtube.com
is that music?
the first one: I am not much of a Jazz guy, but it is very relaxing
the second I prefer, the vocals very much make the song I'd give it a 7/10 very nice

don't like it?
A rap song
Yeh, I'm a Jazz head, so I love it.
The second one is meant to feel traditional-ish, and has a tongue-in-cheek and playfulness to it that is lost in translation.
I like the 1st one of yours. Hebrew sounds like French a lot of times. The second is very clichê'd, but I like it as well. I like these slowish yet drive-ful songs.
How about something more traditional and erudite from here?:
youtube.com
Heh, that kind of electro-pop for dance parties always bores me, so I can't be too objective.
The first song is a bit boring. But the second song is pretty chill.
Yes, I find the first one better, too
>Hebrew sounds like French a lot of times.
Really? Can't hear it myself.
I like your song, very relaxing aswell, I prefer more vocals in songs, but that's just me, the lack of it, doesn't hurt the music.

Sorry, not a fan of this kind of music. the back-music isn't for me and doesn't go well with the singer
Curti as músicas que você postou, mas tudo cantado em pt-pt soa tão estranho pra mim.

these are very nice, first one a bit slow, but it picks up
Yeah, Brazilian/Portuguese music always lands on the uncanney valley for eachother.
>Catendé
I like this one in the beginning. I really like these soft Brazilian songs.
>Samba em Prelúdio
I actually think I played this before, or definitely heard it from friends. Sounds very Portuguese-influenced.
The others aren't really my sort of thing. I personally love Bossa Nova, but it was weird getting into it, because it sounds so telenovela to us. Been learning this on the doublebass lately:

How bout some modern rock-ish folk-ish tuga?

Damn these titles :P
Really like the first one. A proper finger-style guitar always impresses me. Middle-eastern songs always seem to have a nice balance to them.
The most hardcore song I could find.
first one easily 9/10 like it very much, Might have to look up them on my own
3/5. The langu

It's actually not standard Dutch. It's Limburgish, a regional language.
Finnish sounds great though. It always reminds me of Italian a bit. Your song sounds oddly familiar. Very comfy.
literally not available in my country
Not avalaible in my country
I RATE THE SONG A 7/11 lol
This is the most boring stuff I ever heard desu.
edgy lyrics
lyrics aside if I didn't understand it, it would be nice

I'm sucker for folkish sounding tunes. I like whatever is that you posted. How often do francophone and anglophone candadinas mingle?
youtube.com
I was somehow reminded of this by OP's song. It's thirty years old, but it's always relevant.
Should have posted this one.
love me some Alio Die
youtube.com
ok, not my genre tbqh
Do have serbian folk music like that? Something like Uci kolo maybe. I need more.
We dont mingle really. Anglophones here are even isolated from the rest of Canada. They speak like Americans.
nice I like it
Soothing music, italy-bro.
Hmmmm, something folkish sounding? Do you want something more dancy or it shouldn't matter? Something old as hell, or more modern? Like most of young people I'm not well versed in that kind of music, I can't think of any quick tune for dancing that contains lyrics that comes from the south. northen people in Vojvodina use the tambourine in a musical style that's spread over all other ex Austro-hungarian parts of yugoslavia, You'll find stuff like this in croatia and slovenia too, starting from around 0:50 or earlier
youtube.com
Since I can't think of any quick song from the center or south that's both for dancing and has lyircs you'll have to settle for another kolo.
youtube.com
Those were both pretty fun, actually. The dude in the first one has a sweet voice and the instrumental was really nice. I'm always amazed at how much nicer EVERY other country's traditional tunes sound to me.
Posting one of the few of out "pop stars" I can stomach. Song reminds me of an old crush. Not posting more traditional stuff because it's not really my cup of tea.

Before I start searching for some broad terms like "greek folk music" and getting a bunch of results that not even you guys know, post something that everyone in Greece knows, except that zorba the greek tune, I'm pretty sure that even Mongolians know that one.
Here's a folk inspired thing from 70's
youtube.com
The song is unrelated to my question, I'm just posting because that's the topic of the thread, in case you get confused.
Well, this guy's supposed to be the greatest bouzouki player of all time or something.

Hendrix was a fan, supposedly.
Is turkish-japanese friendship, at least on the political level, a real thing, or is it just a meme?
I see your japanese inspired, heavy hearted song and raise you one light hearted partially inspired by japan song from the 70's
youtube.com
Also I can't rank your song, I don't like ranking things, but it's certainly nice.
