penis lol
I use medium size though.
I've broken two pilot metros, got a lamy safari on my Christmas list
Pic.
It werks.
Are you satan
These are pretty good.
Maybe you should use more functional pens user.
*cracks*
>lameme memary
Bought 2, both nibs are shit to write on.
What the fuck happened to that nib?
I use Bülow Fountain Pens for signatures/letters and Pilot 500 Gels for anything else.
>using the inky fedora
Pilot G2 use to be my favorite, but then I got a Gerber Impromptu and never looked back.
Do you really need a $72 pen?
>Not making your own Custom pens on a lathe.
I was given a Montblanc after my first TV episode aired as a gift. I'm too afraid to take it anywhere.

Lamy Safari for fountain pens
Mitsubishi Uni-Ball Jetstream SXN-210 for regular rollerball pens
The pen was a gift from the head of a State's Homeland Security service who has been a close friend for years. The TV show only had one Jewish producer and was considered fairly "conservative."
Pencils are technology too
Whats a good 0.5 mechanical pencil that doesnt break my fingers and also doesnt disintigrate in ~6 months?
Gets the job done. Don't be arch users/macfags of pens.
pentel graphgear 1000
had mine for 6 or 7 years now
Zebra TS-3
There's also a mechanical pencil variant of the one in the OP, but it's 0.7.
How come there's never any fucking pencil threads?? I need pencil suggestions
>2017
>not using a Fisher Space pen
I got a Space-Tec Space Pen, it writes like shit.
However it came in handy once when I had to write something really high up since my pens would stop writing
every day school pen
Kuru Toga
OP here. I use Fisher space refills in my F-701. Best of both.
Bought it for like a buck on AliExpress.
The nib is pretty shit and the ink has a tendency to spill and get gooey, but the form factor is divine due to it's small size.

The best pens in the universe.
Lamy Safari is the best
>doesn't even work in zero gravity
kek
>1.0mm
>0.7mm
You were so close to perfection, too. Blue-inked 0.7mm Uni-Ball Jetstream is a godsend.
The Pilot Precise V5 comes in second.
Each pen I buy in market (most often Bic) just stop working after few days of use. The only common pen I could use to the last tear of ink was a Schneider pen. Huh, nope, in fact I used 2 of them to the last tear.
What pen should I get?
unless you're signing something why would you ever use blue ink?
black all the way
>not using light blue ink with girl's handwritting so it can't be traced back to you
Do you grip your pen with two fists like some sort of autist?
Jinhao 599 with Diamine Silver Fox at school, Parker Vector with Pelikan Edelstein Aquamarine for general writing on my Moleskine
Both have a fine nib
fell off a desk got ink everywhere
What do you recommend?
>Getting electrically conductive graphite particles everywhere in zero g
>Risking a short in a critical system orbiting in earths outermost atmosphere
Kek
>What do you recommend?
Kaweco Student or Kaweco Sport
>fell off a desk got ink everywhere
Grind to italic.
>TFW no pen feels nearly as good to hold and write with than a sharp Ticonderoga.
Name me a long, lightweight fountain pen and I might change my mind.
It isn't $72? I got mine for $40 on Amazon. And it's lasted longer than any other pen, so...
been using these about 8 years now. i also usually have a fisher bullet space pen in my pocket
My pen is pretty big.
I bet.
This is Sup Forums not /caveman/
These.
I swear this board is filled with fedoralords trying to have unique special snowflake everything.
OP is probably the autist who made the shaver thread earlier today too.
unironically a parker sonnet with parker quink refills.
I love these pens but apparently I press too hard when I write so I always end up fucking up the tip.
That's why I use these
Anybody know any pens that write thicc. Been searching but all i see is either fine or regular.
>my handwriting looks like literal dog shit in 2d form and i can't be bothered to try better writing utensils, the post
1.0 pilot G2
I.m trying to find a good pen with broad or extra broad nib to sign shit.
Lemy 2k seem to be the shit for the price. Everybody complains about soft spots and being a fucking hard nib that you must adapt to or it becomes useless.
shit that's a good idea what would I grind it with
top zozzle
Thanks man definitely trying this
Pelikan M200/400 and a Staedtler Initium here.
>when you drop your $4000 dollar fountain pen nib first
Cross Century Classic, had this one (pic) for 25+ years now, will probably have it on me when I die and have it cremated along with me too but of course it'll survive the heat and the asshole at the Morgue will steal it from my cold lifeless ashes.
That fucking bastard.
Aside from the Cross I just posted, this one is one that I've basically lusted after for years now, probably will never get one but I would honestly love to have one.

Anyone ruling pen?
I found one in a toolbox I bought from a thrift store. I was about to toss it until I looked up what it was:

Do people really give a fuck and buy expensive biro pens? Like, what the fuck, there's no difference with a bic pen.
Fountain pens>pens
TWSBI Eco-T. It came out recently, and it looks and writes good.
I have no idea what "biro" means in your usage, but for me the Cross I have (pictured above) was a gift and it's lasted me 25+ years, it's a solid writing instrument that will outlast both of us so it was absolutely worth whatever price the original buyer paid for it (I think they were going for like $48 long ago) and I've only replaced the ink 5 times over the decades.
As for the Embassy Pen, it's a want, not a need, just one of those things I'd like to have myself.
If you're happy with basic Bic pens, more power to you, whatever squeaks your sneakers I suppose.

I hate this pen
The turning mechanism is a good idea, but it sucks everytime I put the pen down.
fpbp
can a krautfag in here recommend me a minimal aesthetically pleasing pen?
>When you just take the damaged nib and swap in the spare.
i really like the look and design of TWSBI, but I wish they'd use better materials for construction. i've read alot of reports of cracking, but also reports of TWSBI having great customer service.
personally, haven't had a problem with the TWSBI classic. my favorite FP. i also have the meme fp Parker 51.
minimalist*
>when the spare is $1000
Fun fact: Jinhao and Bülow nibs commonly fit Montblanc and Waterman pens.
Recommended TWSBI models? On the cheap side but good writers.
>he doesn't use a mechanical pencil
You're looking for the Eco, or the newer Eco-T at ≈ $30.
If you don't mind shelling out a little more, there's the Diamond 580 and TWSBI Classic at $50.
You can shop around here, if you don't have a place: gouletpens.com
i can only talk about the classic, as that's what i own.
the cap is twist on. this makes it secure, so you don't have to worry about it popping off. it slows down regular use, though.
posting (putting the cap at the end of the fountain pen) feels awkward. there's 2 rubber o rings that hold the cap in place. the problem with this is it throws the weight off. you can feel the weight fight you, a bit, as you write. so it feels better to write without posting the cap.
it's a nice pen otherwise. smooth.
The Lamy Safari is a very good workhorse for the price. However as mentioned the “Lamy Sweet Spot” is very much real — if you don’t hold the pen at the right angle the nib will feel bad.
That's what you get for actually trying to use a Namiki Emperor Maki-e. Just leave it in its display, where it belongs.
And I can't stand that triangle grip. The only thing i dislike more than Lamys is TWSBI. Had a couple of 580ALs and I couldn't her used to them. Ugh.
I have a esterbrook JJ series from Bell labs, a Waterman Kulture from the late 90's, and about half a dozen Preras.
I still have the Waterman Expert that my last girlfriend stabbed me in the leg with when I said Johnny Depp was an overrated hack.
That pen reminds me that when I see a pretty woman, I am only one negative comment about Ryan Gosling from another nicked femoral artery and 18 stitches again.
I miss dating.

>Blue ink
>Blue
This one is pretty comfy
Blue, of any shade, is only acceptable when using that colour as a sealing wax on an envelope with your personal wax seal stamp when sending a Proclamation of a Demand of Satisfaction to a party you wish to duel although Wine Red is the traditional colour.
Love uniball, but it smears too damn easily.
These things bleed all over the place, too much ink, won't show through on carbon paper. Next.
This is the "Lenovo 420" of pens. I used one for 10 years in the Military. The same pen. Went through a lot of refills.
I still have it. Looks the same as when I purchased it.
Opps, I for got the image.
I've only got a Jinhao 126, it's pretty nice.
