My PC is on 24/7 regardless, so yes. I've been on most of my trackers for several years and have more than enough buffer to last me for as long as the sites stay up, so I don't actually need to care about seeding except for the time it takes to clear a h&r. But I do it anyway because it doesn't harm me in anyway.
