If you want the newest version, just fucking get a subscription. You can get the photography package which includes Photoshop for like 10 bucks a month. It's cheap enough that it shouldn't matter.

If you insist on pirating Photoshop, it's easier to pirate a version from before CC was a thing, like CS6.

Get snr.adobe.patcher.by.PaintEr.exe(or whatever it's called), install the software through creative cloud application, close creative cloud once it's installed (don't start trial), patch amtlib.dll file of photoshop using the patcher (patch other amtlib file, patcher doesn't officially support PS CC 2018), add to firewall, open.

The adobe suite is not free as in freedom, so I would recommend avoiding it. You may want to take a look at GIMP and Krita.
