Help with security

Hi Sup Forums! /biz/tard here. I need some security advice. I'll answer any /biz/ related question in exchange.

I trade big bucks in crypto/forex and I realized how careless I was with security. I also mine from PC.

Tell me, what are the threats I should be aware of, and how to protect myself.

I'm not a computer illiterate, just don't go all out turbo-linux-programmer-geek on me and I'll be fine.

Just to show how exposed I am, here's my current setup:
-Windows 10 PC, always updated. Keeping private keys in an excel file on my desktop and in self-sent gmails. (yeah i know retarded, set it up this way before I made significant profits), AVG and AdAware daily scans.
-Oneplus 3T with no protection whatsoever (other than password/fingerprints)
-Samsung Tab E with integrated mcafee and samsung security bullshit, doesn't move from my house/own wifi
-I do use extremely complicated, different password, have 2FA activate on all my exchanges.
-I dont download any torrents or anything from unsafe sources. However my GF probably does a lot of stupid shit on my tablet, including streaming on spammy websites

How fucked am I and how to protect myself?

Ty!

go back to your shithole retard

install gentoo

Fuck off with your monopoly money

I don't think you're aware what Forex is

It means foreign exchange, where one trades real fiat currencies.

I own crypto too, but honestly my crypto accounts are a lot more secure than my shitty canadian forex exchange.

Yeah yeah i know the Gentoo meme, I've been on Linux for a while. As I said, I'm not a computer illiterate.

Firs thing is that you should dumb all your useless money in wow gold then you should start selling it, lots of players with he new expansion, it's worth more than BTC atm.
Second is that you should install gentoo.

install gentoo

OH NONONONONONONO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

but seriously dumbass, just fucking print out a paper wallet on MEW and send your mined ETH to that.

Can't be bothered with a proper reply

But use keepass if you aren't already, and enable full disk encryption on all your devices (it'll be in settings on android, and you can use veracrypt (open source) or bitlocker (microsoft botnet) on windows)

Honestly there is very little difference between our shitholes. They are very similar boards.

A bunch of elitist trolls jerking each others cocks about linux here, crypto there, refusing to vulgarize anything to newcomers and bashing hard on anyone with a slightly different setup here, portfolio there, than what is mainstream on the board.

A lot of technical beggers here, money beggers there. Couple shitty outdated memes (install gentoo/apple hate here)/(buy chainlink/cant cash out there)

People bragging about their masterracepcbuild here and jerking over their setup pictures, or screenshots of portfolios/gains there.

Paranoiacs thinking the NSA cares about their furry porn here and going all out NASA level security (but still cant figure how to block a shitty script with an image board under 3 days)
And paranoiacs seeing huge conspiracies to take all their geekcoins there.

Also random porn popping up, occasional anime memes, and slight racism especially against pajeets.

We both spend way too much time staring at our computer screen trying to optimize our shit way past the point of usefulness. Go to bed way too late for our age and would be considered exactly in the same category of geek outcast by anyone seeing what we actually do with our lives at home.

Don't tell me this isn't a shithole too

Come on. We're the same. Now help.

the list of insecure devices on your network doesn't end there, does it?

They are the only devices used for daytrading or having access to my google accounts.

Other devices on the same network include:
Shitty HP printer
GF's oneplus 2
GF's shitty HP laptop
Xbox One
LG TV

The Xbox and main PC are RJ45 connected, rest is wifi.

Good idea to print my private keys, but I definitely need a 2nd backup. I don't want to lose my money before of a fire or simply losing the piece of paper. I never wanted to bother writing them down.

However a large chunk of my money is on exchanges. Private keys only matter for the crypto part I don't daytrade, so ~50% of my crypto assets. The rest is directly on forex/crypto exchanges for quick trades.

I use google authenticator, everything is in double phone+chrome extension in case phone breaks

Fuck off brainlet kike

Thank you for taking the time to bump my thread above all the iphone vs android and PCmasterrace threads I will certainly take your advice under great consideration. I know how long and painful it must have been to actually use your computer for something. I hope you didn't have to recompile your archlinux so your semi-compatible browser worked long enough to answer before you went back to fixing all the shit you broke by trying to optimize your performances.

>Doesn't read the sticky
>Gets mad when told to fuck off
Gas yourself

Actually this is fun

you forgot the router. with such a zoo of insecure devices you should treat the network as untrusted. pick two devices and don't connect them to anything untrusted. don't process data from untrusted sources. move as much sensitive data to physical media as you can and destroy digital traces.
following these rules in addition to the security procedures you already follow will reduce the likelihood of loss from an untargeted attack.
but remember, you've just disclosed many attack vectors that can be used against you and most probably someone has your IP address...

Explain this picture

Most top cryptocurrencies use the Ethereum Network (created by Vitalik the guy on the left)

It is a very versatile network that can be used for so many things, not just currencies. The objective was mostly smartcontract.

Through that network someone created some retarded game where you could buy cats with features, very pokemonish. Have them make babies and sell them for profits, which exploded in value very fast. The popularity of this game congested the Ethereum network and revealed how flawed it truely was when used for a decent amount of transaction per seconds. The fee and transaction delay exploded for like a week. It's getting better now but someone is getting a new game much more complete than retarded cat pictures, a "pokemon" level game with stats and XP for the eth network again.

I'm also aware you can't just hack with an IP address, you have to get physical access to the computer or at least wifi network, or phish someone into installing some malware. Or at least it's way too complicated for anyone here to be a threat, especially since I dont use the main PC for Sup Forums because of the weird scripts

>Keeping private keys in an excel file on my desktop and in self-sent gmails. (yeah i know retarded, set it up this way before I made significant profits), AVG and AdAware daily scans.
Scrub this as soon as you can

>-Oneplus 3T with no protection whatsoever (other than password/fingerprints)
Don't use your chinkshit phone for anything

Get a laptop only for trading and use an up to date linux live image on a usb on it

>gf
>my

your fucked my dude
give up and embrace the botnet

Kick out your gf ( pussy isn't important)
Throw out of all of your devices expect for your Laptop and mining setup.
Use ethernet ALWAYS
DISABLE wifi
Install Xubuntu, you really fucked up using windows 10

When i say throw out all your electronic devices, i mean all, like tv, xbox, tablet, phone etc etc. If you really really depend on the phone, keep it i guess

Kys, sounds like a 11 year old wrote this

...

THe steps should be

1. Use ethernet always
2. Install debian( net iso)
3. Don't use social media
4. Have one laptop only
5. Never use a smart phone
etc etc

>gf
>implying

targeted attacks against your IP will be directed at your router that you keep forgetting.
