Why do people still use Windows 7?

Why do people still use Windows 7?
Because I want, fuck you
None of those things are true.
Windows 7 is objectively the best desktop OS ever made. The l;ess features, the better. An OS should stay out of user's way as much as possible, letting you run whatever programs you want, not what Microshaft wants.
>more buggy, unstable and unusable
absolutely not. however, i agree with the rest of your points.
I lost my W10 OEM key
It’s almost as if you’ve never used windows 7
I fucking did, for 4 years actually
Are you memeing or what
Are you stupid or what?
>-more buggy, unstable and unusable
What? In the 9 years I've had win 7 I didn't have a single instance of it being unstable, let alone unusable. I don't even know if win 7 has bluescreens because I literally never had a system crash in those years.
They say drivers for Win10 work fine on old computers. They lie. I installed Win10 on my old machine, it downloaded the drivers, and after installing them it would not boot anymore. The worse thing wasn't only not having the GPU drivers, the worst thing was that the automatic updates broke my PC everytime. Solution? Rollback to Win7.
Now I have a new laptop and Win10 works perfect, though I had to do some heavy configuration on it, much more than on Win7.
it's shit
you're shit
It'll still bluescreen if you install some wack-ass broken drivers for crucial hardware
All the arguments you made (except the last) apply much more to 10 than 7
Not him but I am
Works on my machine(tm)

good
Bye bye, shill
cuz windows 10 is shit. It still can't switch between dual graphic cards. Im stuck with 20 fps on bf3 because windows 10 refuses to use the nvidia card and uses the shitel chip instead. The only fix is to literally go in the menu, disable nvidia graphic card, log out, log back in, reenable nvidia and, only fucking then, it switches to nvidia. It's been like this since the anniversary update and they still haven't fixed it
>inb4 update windows 10
>inb4 update drivers
>inb4 disable xbox shit
>inb4 reinstall game
>inb4 reinstall windows
>inb4 any other "fixes" which doesn't work
Did you mix up the numbers? Because it seems you did.
I plan to switch when I get a new mobo. Last power supply blew up, partially took my mobo along with it, I get high DPC latency with 10 and managable latency with 7 so...
/shrug
>-slower
>-more bloated
Only if you don't care your OS and don't be careful when you're installing programs. This is applied to all OSes, not just Windows 7.
>-more outdated
This has no impact to the quality in reality. Newer doesn't always mean better, and older doesn't always mean worse.
>-more buggy, unstable and unusable
Such as?
>-lacking more features
Perhaps, but for now, DX12 isn't worthy of it as long it stays underused and unpopular, especially for people who don't really play AAA third-party games.
>-slower
In my use marginally at best. Barely noticeable.
>-more bloated
What?
>-more outdated
What's broken?
>-more buggy, unstable and unusable
Buaahahahahahha
>-lacking more features
And thank fuck for that.
It's like you're trying to be retarded on purpose
...are you?
>win7 slower than win 10
>win7 buggier than win10
>win7 more bloated than win10
hello do you live in a bizarro world?
Hmm?
