OP here, so I put it in the oven at around 200ºC for 30 minutes to soften up the adhesive, then with tweezers I got the whole notch out, now I have a fullscreen iphone x. Feels good man.

he's not kidding. I didn't have access to an oven, but I set my iPhoneX on top of my stupid brother's Note7 to melt the adhesive. worked like a charm and now I have full screen
