No current games are going to run on a M3-7Y30. If they did, they wouldn't be very fun to play on a 5 inch screen.

Too much emphasis on a useless, uncomfortable keyboard, too little emphasis on the gaming controls.
Probably makes more sense in a control perspective. Its easier to manipulate a joystick with the base of your thumb and press a button with the tip than it is to do the reverse.
