Depends if upgrading is a concern of yours. Everything is soldered on. However I the black lightning cable it comes with alone is worth the price.

I have a 5k iMac. It crashes at least once every 2-3 days due to a problem with the GPU or graphics drivers. Apple refuses to acknowledge that it's a problem. Definitely the last Apple product I'll ever buy.

I honestly don't get why people are talking like they are getting a good deal with their iMac because it has a 5k monitor. You can literally buy 4, 4k monitors for the same price as a 5k monitor. 5K Monitors are only expensive because no one but apple really produces them.

I have two 27UD68s. They're ok but not nearly as nice as the 5K iMac monitor. Mine sit beside an LG Ultrafine 5K and the difference in picture quality and colour reproduction is pretty big.
