Is Oklahoma the Texas Jr or is it New Mexico, unless Texas has no kid?

Is Oklahoma the Texas Jr or is it New Mexico, unless Texas has no kid?

Texas is just racist ex-mexicans

Lot of indians there from what i heard.

What state is the best state?

It depends on what you enjoy

Bullshit PC response. What's the best state?

...

Listen every state has its ups and downs. It all depends on what you enjoy in life and what kind of people you don't mind being around.

Vermont and New Hampshire are objectively the safest states, so if that's your inclination, them

California

California

Indiana

It's between Missouri and Mississippi

Well, I know that, I just wanted to start an in-fight, but I apparently failed at that, but now I'm actually interested.

What's wrong with Maine? I really like fish.

California is a meme state full of Jews and Mexicanos. Also too much desert and too little rain.

Interesting. I don't know a lot about Indiana.

>Mississippi
kek, nice try.

Tennessee is nice

He didn't say Mississippi. Even though i enjoyed living there

Washington State

>He didn't say Mississippi. Even though i enjoyed living there

>It's between Missouri and Mississippi
>It's between ... and Mississippi
>Mississippi
I could've sworn he did.

Isn't it too hot and humid?

Interesting. There's lost of states I don't know much about. I'd like to see their advantages and disadvantages summed up in a sentence.

In summer it is. But if you live their you get used to it

>What's wrong with Maine? I really like fish.
Maine's a really empty state for an east coast state, it's basically the "rednecks" of New England, but that's only compared to New England, as they are still more liberal than anywhere in the south. It's still pretty good compared to most other states.

God damn it feels good to cali

People from Boston ruined Portland t.bh

California is probably the correct answer 85% of the time.

I'm from Texas, and I wouldn't step foot there if you paid me ( in fact I turned down a pretty high paying job because it would have meant moving there ). But the fact remains if you're a normie who likes going to partying and being a degenerate there's no place better.

Look at my flag. I'm full autist, mate. We're the Finland of southern Europe.

I'm sure I'd love New England as a whole, and Maine attracted my curiosity because we fucking love fish/seafood here. Seemed like an expensive and rich version of home, but I may be overestimating paying jobs there.

I live in Washington

Advantages:
Mountains

Disadvantages:
Bad Weather
SJWs

Not wanting to fuck sluts and party week ends.

Huh. I always thought Washington would be a more conservative state.

The "bad" weather I'd probably like for a while at least, since I have never actually seen snow and I like rain quite a bit.

Eastern Washington is very conservative.

Well, everyone complains about the weather here, but it's actually not particularly extreme. I don't know if we even had snow this year. I think the main complaint is actually about how unpredictable it is. Just yesterday it was warm and sunny but now it's a grey, cloudy, windy day. I mean, I know this happens everywhere once in a while, but here it's a norm. We'll have a nice warm week, and, suddenly, hail storm. It can really dry out your skin and lips with the sudden changed.
It's also very sparsely populated. Also there are surprisingly a lot of Mexicans.

>Seemed like an expensive and rich version of home
Keep in mind it's a lot colder than Portugal.

What state would be the best for me?
I am a center-left social-democrat (so for americans a far left hippy I guess?), served in the army for two years, A+ high school diploma, so normally I would say commifornia or new york but I also like colder weather. at best a place where I can life, just minding my own business but close enough to some civilation

going for uni? if you like the cold then go to michigan. they get LOTS of snow.

Wisconsin or Minnesota. They've had openly socialist/communist governors in the post

Massachusetts

california and washington best states
don't listen to anyone who labels as whole state as one thing, there's some variety in the bigger states

Yeah, I forgot to mention that, but I am aware. Tired of the fucking sun, desu.

New England then, in one of the smaller cities or in a small town there.

>tired of the fucking sun, desu.
Have you thought about moving to Colorado?

What about it?

I'm not even considering moving, I just fancy taking a vacation for a month in 4 or 5 years and just live around. A longer leave of absence would be nice, but I seriously doubt I could pull that off. New England sounds max comfy, desu.

> if you're a normie who likes going to partying and being a degenerate there's no place better.
I live in Los Angeles. I don't really particularly like it, but this Sup Forumstard stereotype of the entire state of being a hive of degeneracy is wrong. Want a hive of degeneracy? Nevada.

...

White people with some indian blood in them live there.

>too much desert

Some Pacific Northwest city or maybe New England states. Vermont maybe?

>Chaparral
That's a Portuguese word, I know what it means. You can't trick me.

he's right about the little rain part.

It's all arid as fuck though besides a few places like the immediate coastline

I live in the chaparral region. It's basically Mediterranean weather. Most days are nice.

Yeah, can't argue that.

California :^)

>all these California faggots
High cost of living, overly liberal, overly hot, always on fire, overly mexican, piece of shit state.

Correct answer is Colorado
>Laidback.
>Healthiest
>Relatively cheap
>Actually has every season
>
dude weed lmao
>Mostly white
>Swing state (not to liberal or conservative)

>I live in the chaparral region.
CHI

>tfw living in AZ mountains and forest

Ignore my flag

If Colorado is so great then why are you green texting?

All that weed

Gonna say California due to it being one of the most Sup Forums states. You can find a sizeable diaspora and the cuisine of almost any country there, breddy cool, it's like you can go on a trip to visit those countries without even leaving your state.

Tell me what's the perfect state in the USA if I'm attracted to the stereotypical rural America with beautiful nature (mainly thanks to watching westerns). Take into account that I strongly dislike cold climates and obese people (I don't mind "healthy" fatties though).

Seattle Washington

Hell

Meme food, been there and it was underwhelming

Go to one of the 4 corners states and don't live in the mountains or on the reservations

There is a Portuguese diaspora here in San Jose (CA). They have actual portuguese restaurants and shit.

Actually I saw the other day a guy driving an old Chevrolet with big portuguese flag. Not even kidding.

Sounds like the wrong kind of diaspora, desu. We like our emigrants to be quiet and reserved. The french usually get the cunts, didn't know about those.

Have you tried the restaurants? Those should be actually quite good, given your weather.

No, I haven't tried the restaurants yet. Can you actually advice me on portuguese food? I know the green wines (you guys have really good wine) and that you use a lot of bacalado and fish like that.

Top recommendations:
Colorado Springs, CO
Flagstaff, AR
Santa Fe, NM

All the big cities in those states will suck in one way or another, and the podunk small towns will have zero employment opportunities.

Texas

>bacalado and fish like that
bacalhau*

And yeah we use it a tone, it's like its own food group here.

Although it should be expensive there and not terribly well prepared. Try "pasteis de bacalhau", since they are usually made with the bacalhau shavings to not waste material, and are honestly the best for a foreigner (pic related). GOAT snack/aperitifs/party food.

If the bacalhau is actually good and well prepared, try literally any dish, since they vary a lot and I couldn't tell you which you'd like the most, desu. There's like 100 different recipes, no joke.

I don't drink much, but people really seem to like Green Wine (although we don't, usually) and Rosé Wine (although we also don't). What we do usually drink is Port or Dão wine, so try those. Some guy that drinks will probably tell you better.

Some meat dishes look a bit iffy sometimes, but should actually be flavourful. "Cozido" is the general sample plate, "Feijoada" has beans and meat, "Bitoque" is a steak made in a special way that most people love, but it's still just a steak and fried potatoes. The thing you'd probably enjoy the most is a "Francesinha", which is a meat sandwich drenched in a spicy sauce of the heavens. Outside of Porto they aren't really the same, but you honestly won't know the difference, probably.

Anything else, ask the chef, I'm sure he'll tell you.

Oklahoma is over 70% white, but is politically similar to Texas.

It's Texas without the baggage of all the Mexicans residing within.

Pic related is the "Francesinha", which is the dish most foreigners seem to love. It's fairly simple, but packs a bit of a punch. It's very regional though, so it may not be great that far away. I dunno. Ask if the chef is from Porto, I guess.

I honestly don't think any of our dishes are too weird for you to hate, desu. Try a bit of anything that might meet your fancy. Bacalhau is a bit hit or miss for people not used to a fish diet, and in a place so far away from their fishing spot (Norway).

Just don't dare ask for paella, or you'll risk spit on your food.

Illinois is the most average state, but there's a lot of Russia-tier corruption there.

My vote goes for either Montana, New Hampshire, or Washington State, 2bh.

Deserts should also be great, if made in-house.

God yes it is hot AND humid here, gulf coast especially. Smells like fish 24/7 and niggers everywhere but the beach is nice. Ocean water is dirty as fuck in the mississippi sound though.

;_:

Is this place safe? Should have mentioned I don't want blacks and chicanos roaming the place and Breaking Bad was filmed there. I know it's a TV series, but exaggerations have to start somewhere in reality.

The west outside of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California has mostly Indians, who keep to themselves on reservations. Colorado and Utah are especially safe and comfy if you can tolerate the Mormonism of the latter.

Thank you very much, looks pretty good.

Anytime, mate. Use and abuse the olive oil on any fish that might seem dry. that's the exact way it's supposed to be eaten.

How "loud" are mormons? I can't take their beliefs seriously and I would probably end up saying something offensive if we speak about it too much.

They do often send missionaries to new neighbors, especially in the rural or suburban areas, but they can take a polite rejection, so you should be fine if you don't laugh or obviously ridicule their beliefs.

Would probably be better in Colorado then. I've even been in muslim countries for medium/long periods and I never ofended them, but holding your opinion can get tiresome.

Also just googled the landscapes in Colorado and it looks great (although utah attracts me slightly more in this sense).

Ignore others in this thread, here's the true answer:

The best states are Wisconsin, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Also never trust New England fags.

Grand Junction is pretty similar to Utah landscape-wise, 2bh.

Looks good enough, would visit if there's comfy small towns.

El paso texas, they have a lot of Germans there.

Gee because any given word can't be both Portuguese and Spanish
