Yes, look at Halo 2, 3 and ODST

As long as there are niggers living there, never.

>halo will never be the future

Just install any neets from int as dictators to those countries ant they'd be better off.

Lots of development though.
Also you can't really say any continent is develoeped because even in Europe's case you have East Europe as the counterexample

Malaysian and American corporations are developing up to a total of 700k acres of palm oil in Liberia. Them niggas gonna feed Africa once the trees mature in a few years, would have done so if not for ebola setback.

With lots of human rights and land seizures.

We still give the workers and their family rations, education, plumbing, roads and other benefits. Recently they even provided medication to the local town.
Would you prefer the Chinese state enterprise methods of winning bids by bribing warlords and giving them free guns? That was how they managed to kick us out of Nambia.
Besides its an ideal crop for starters, we went from 80% poverty down to less than 2% with it as well as the need for transportation will drive railways, road construction and processing industry.

China will develop their African colonies, but Africans will loot each other too much to develop.

>we went from 80% poverty down to less than 2%
dude wut?

China is pulling out or rather not investing as much since it's slowing down. Also people heavily over estimate how much loans China gives.

You r company is working with a government that is snatching land from people though and displacing them into inconvenient and hard to access locations making servicing the populations and hastening migration to cities that may no be able to handle them and promote slums..

>hot environment
>spoopy animals everywhere
>black people
It goes without saying,Africa will always remain underdeveloped...It just won't happen. And on the off chance it does, it would crumble due to the fate of empires scenario

>spooky animals everywhere
But Australia is 1st world

>hot environment
>spoopy animals everywhere
hmmm

Zimbabwe was the food basket of Africa at one point that had a massive surplus, then it got oogabooga'd and niggers dying of starvation.

Investing much into Africa is a bit like trying to harvest before a storm, you might be able to get a bit in, but eventually it'll all go to shit at some point for various, shitty human reasons

Miss me yet?

Not entirely attributed to palm oil of course but its a good option for unemployment and poverty reduction.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Land_Development_Authority
1. State assigns land to develop
2. Settlers brought in and provided rations, houses and subsidised goods.
3. Settler work the land for years
4. Settler given option to sell land back to state for tons of money, send their kids for education and move to the city. Sometimes the kids become jungle tour guides, build cheap resorts for small corporate meeting and weekend activities (fishing, trekking in nearby jungle, etc).
Did the same for commie terrorists and now they are rubber tapping to feed our medical glove factory and the profits are used by the state to enhance plantations with transportation and R&D. Now we have enzymes and engineered bacteria to dispose of palm waste but its still under controlled test.
They asked for our help to implement it after their civil war so Sime Darby took on the job.
You know what they say about making omelettes, its the price you have to pay.
