Well I know that's true amico, my dad grew up in Italy so I know how Europeans eat. It's just a cultural thing, and the Portuguese/Spanish brought it over to their colonies too. Somewhere along the line though in North America people just made a widespread shift to eating exclusively entrecôtes and cuts of muscle in general.
