You are saying people take time to answer some questions are on phones when they are busy? Proper conducting is go to each house personally. I and a lot of my friends just don't answer the phone unless it's a known number. Any other call goes to answering machine and if it's some telemarketing research bullshit I would not call back. Use some common sense alot of people got burned by phone marketers, and since Android can easily block calls based on criteria list, you get skewed results
