Where do you time to learn programming or other stuff after work, /g? I come at home at 5:20, eat, and just lie watching youtube because i am too tired to do anything usefull. No, my work is no hard, being with other people just exhaust me i guess.

I am a crypto trading NEET so I have lots of time.

>a job
found your problem

I use the time that you use watching youtube.

Try meditating after work to reset yourself. You'll have more energy afterwards.

Where do I learn how to do this? How much do I need to get started?

if you're exhausted after work, then just have some nice indica hash, pass out and sleep like a baby. wake up in the early hours of the morning, do stuff you like. optionally have a nap before getting ready for work (2 phase sleep used to be commonplace). now are well rested and have time to do stuff.

don't bother. gambling is addictive. lurk if you want to see the kind of degeneracy it brings out.

Who's this semen demon?

Stop posting porn.

4 minutes per day?

Lets assume you work full time at 8 hours a day five days a week for a total of 40 hours and well add an hour commute each way with a half hour lunch for a new total of 52.5 hours. Now six hours of sleep for 7 days a week for a total of 42 hours. In total that is 94.5 hours you have to give up each week.

It does suck and I can understand wanting to just collapse after a full day of work but after all that you still have 73.5 hours. Stuff like mass prepping your meals, cleaning as you go, working out, washing yourself, and all other stuff in your life can (if done in an efficient manner) take as little as 20ish hours a week. Leaving you a good 50ish hours a week to learn programing (or anything else you want). If it's too much to come home from then like as soon as you get home hit the sheets for 6 hours and start working when you wake up before work.

You can do it OP but it takes some motivation and self control that will only come from within. Be the change you want to see, good luck you glorious faggot, and don't forget. Believe in yourself. Not in the you who believes in me. Not the me who believes in you. Believe in the you who believes in yourself!

You study it after work.

I get home at 17:00, take a shower, have some rest, at 18:00 I start studying until 21:00, dinner, relax a bit, then study from 22:30 to 23:30-00:00.

It helps I don't like wasting time with stupid shit like youtube, and I don't give a fuck about video games anymore.

Congratulation, you're life only meaning is now programming.
You could be a robot that your life would be the same.
As highly as you think of yourself (and desu, you can be proud, it need a lot of willpower), you should consider that life might not be about work, and that when you'll be about to die and cease to exist, you might regret dedicating your life to it.

Thanks dude

Thanks user

This is why we have nice things.

Stop being a lazy faggot and do something useful. You could just start learning programming for half an hour a day (more on the weekend) and still fuck around for the rest of your evening.

>Congratulation, you're life only meaning is now programming.
As opposed to YouTube videos being your life's only meaning, or your shitty wagie job? You also have to keep in mind that OP probably has an end goal here, like getting a programming job eventually, at which point he can reduce the amount of time spent programming in his free time.

Do that shit before work bruh

i don't work. and because of exam season, after having 3 weeks off for christmas, i now have 6 days off after attending 1 lecture

>disable adblock please

CIA niggers can suck my ballz

goddamn it op I've fapped twice today because of that damn pic why you gotta use such hotties as thread pics in Sup Forums of all places?

You make it sound like 6 hours of sleep won't exhaust someone completely.

it's called going to school for it in your prime years (18-22)
you missed out. it's over wageslave.

MOMMY MOMMY MILKY

>Now six hours of sleep for 7 days a week
I have about three days on six hours a night before I start getting seriously tired. As in "I'm scared to drive home because I started to nod off and almost crashed into someone last night" tired. Eight is a bare minimum and I don't really function well unless I get nine or ten.

Sup Forums is mostly stay at home autists.

>Get 8 hours of sleep
>Exercise regularly
>Don't eat shit food
There you go, staying healthy will give you the energy needed to be able to study.

Stop being lazy. Set daily goals for yourself. My goal is push some code to GitHub daily. It doesn't have to be much though.
>xiuren
Is it just me, or is softcore porn best porn?

>how do you I learn things in my free time?
>I keep wasting all my free time

What do you want from us user? You know what you have to do.

If your energy levels are in the toilet consider fixing your diet and do some exercise.

you forgot to add:
>stop masturbating furiously 5 times a day

>I don't really function well unless I get nine or ten.
Obesity detected.

is that a chink tranny?

Same. I love the faggots that say
>Get 4 hours of sleep a night max. If you sleep more you are wasting time

I do it at work.

>If you have no energy why don't you eat less and expend more energy during the day

Seems counterintuitive. I have a bad low energy problem too, OP's situation sounds exactly like mine. But I only eat one meal a day and that's when I watch youtube and sleep; around 6 PM, and sometimes I run in the mornings. Whenever I run regularly, like every other day consistently for like 2 weeks, I feel fine I guess but I have less time to do stuff, and I'm just as tired all the time as I always am

I guess I could try to run and eat healthy more consistently, but I don't know I feel like I'm low energy by genetics or something.

I do it at work, because if I'm going to do work related crap, I'll do it at work. After 4:30PM hits I'm walking home to play games and relax.

If I'm really interested in something either for work or personally I'll tentatively work on it, but only if the interest is high enough, which is rare.

I only work ~7 hours a day and my commute is a 3 min walk so I don't waste anymore time commuting, feels great.

> I see everybody else eating meals all day but I only eat one
>They seem to have much more energy than me, geee what could possibly be the problem
You need to look at your body like a camp fire. You don't dump every log you have on it at once. You add one here and there, slowly over time, to keep the fire burning at an even level.

Talk to your doctor. Could be you suffer from something you're not aware of.

Thanks for the hot babe. I actually have my own method for refreshing in between work and projects. I usually drink two cups of caffinated liquid and two cups of water. Then I set a timer for thirty minutes, lay down and plan out everything Im going to do. When timer goes off I turn off my phone until I go to bed. I now have no distractions, a solid plan and energy to achieve it.

But I also get up three hours before work to exercise for health and read technical books to acquire skills.

you are exactly like me

Seriously what.
Metabolism doesn't work like that.
Not a doctor (Biomech) but seriously don't eat like that. Low/dropping glucose levels make you feel tired, plus this ruins your insulin sensitivity making your energy regulation even worse.
Try breakfast an hour after waking, then meals evenly spaced between that and one/two hours of sleeping and you might feel 10x better within a week or two/three

Those trackmarks on her forearm tho

first good advice ive ever gotten from Sup Forums
