>18 year old high school student >questioned by the principal, IT staff and a police officer about suspicious activity due to his regular access of his home computer from his school-issued Chromebook during class time >confesses that he harvested credentials that belonged to his classmates and sold them on the internet >is arrested for identity theft >on his way to the county jail he asks an officer if his home computer would be searched >officer says that they would apply for a warrant later >tells the officer that he has a folder containing CP of a minor >officer asks how old the minor is >answers "about 12" >is read his Miranda Rights again after arriving at the jail and signs a waiver of those rights >is questioned again >confesses that he had been browsing the darknet for a site to sell illegal drugs >says that he came into contact with someone who sent him CP without him asking >says that the video disgusted him but that he kept it to use it against the person who sent it to him >officer asks why he didn't contact the police when he received the CP >says he doesn't know
>tells the officer that he could search his home computer where he could find the CP >provides the officer with his passwords and gives the location of the CP >officer asks if he could take his cellphone and school-issued Chromebook to search them as well >agrees to the officer's request and signs two consent to search forms; one for his room and another for all of his electronic devices >officer leaves the jail, goes to the courthouse and applies for a search warrant >search warrant is immediately approved >officer and county sheriff's deputy go serve the warrant at his home >computer is seized and brought to the police department >officer finds 15 CP videos of the same girl that was described to him and multiple folders with pictures and videos of other minors >officer says in his report that he poses a threat to the community because he posseses a specific set of highly qualified skills along with a willingness to violate the law using the internet >is charged with 21 counts of a class B felony of possession of CP >judge sets his bail at $525,000 with no 10% cash bond allowed >will go to prison for years and become a registered sex offender

Was it autism?
Elijah Lee
he looks like he's 2 wedgies away from shooting up the school and fail miserably at it
Kayden Cruz
Kylo Ren?
John Nelson
Dumb ass cracker
Michael Garcia
attention all whitebread pussy losers it never pays to confess to something they ain't charging you with
Hudson Morales
Sounds like a huge retard.
Camden Morales
Oh look, dumb pedo arrested for doing dumb things, then thinking that full cooperation with US law enforcement is going to get him anywhere. This is absolutely his fault for not only saving and keeping child pornography, but also for LARPing a deepweb haxx0r thinking that he's all that and a bag of chips. So in return, they took away his gaymen desktop and now he gets to go spend time with the niggers and get his holes resized.
Yes, it's autism.
David Miller
>he poses a threat to the community because he posseses a specific set of highly qualified skills Download child porn?
Isaac Wright
A) yes autism B) it'll be known within 5 minutes of stepping into prison that he looked at CP and it'll be translated to him being a kiddie diddler B1) he's going to get raped and possibly murdered within the first 6 months because of this B2) if he leaves prison, he'll become an actual child molester because of the friends he'll make in prison
he ruined his life, and he's only 18
Josiah Evans
If his computer was going to be searched regardless, they would have found it anyway, right? Had he not have them his password, they would have continued to hold him, would they not? He was fucked either way.
Nathan Gomez
should have asked am i being detained and told the officer that his chromebook is part of his sovereign nation that follows its own jurisdiction and does not answer to capitalist pigs
Brody Wilson
>use memenet >FBI sends you CP >police contact you >confess >go to prison Another day in AmeriKKKa
Parker Lee
Shut up, nigger. Sup Forums is the white man's board.
This is probably the best part of it all. What he did doesn't take any skill at all. You're literally moving a mouse and pushing buttons on the screen.
Cooper White
But...Prison is meant to rehabilitate...are you saying everything I think is a lie?
Henry Rogers
The dumbass would not have even been arrested or had anything searched if he hadn't admitted to a crime, lol.
Dominic Sullivan
>confesses that he harvested credentials that belonged to his classmates and sold them on the internet For what purposes?, i mean they can't be that valuable right?
Yeah he confessed every single thing, and they only questioned for connecting to his home computer.
Chase Gray
>specific set of highly qualified skills how do i get a job in web surfing?
Owen Taylor
should have just used twitter seizure jew excuse and say it is for research
Henry Martinez
they take out credit cards in their name and rack up huge debts
Ryder Thomas
That's why you always talk to lawyer before opening your mouth to a police officer
Kevin Bell
>Sup Forums is the white man's board Mumbai runs this shit, cuck.
Lincoln Ramirez
AM I BEING DETAINED AM I BEING DETAINED AM I BEING DETAINED AM I BEING DETAINED
Jaxon Bell
I've been in this situation before (different charges). The police act like your friend and tell you that if you tell them everything now, it won't be as bad as when they find it themselves. I was a young autist so I went along with it and ended up with two felony charges for "Accessing Governemnt Computers" (they were just the local school district's). Luckily I was 15 so I went to kiddy court and was able to get the charges expunged later.
The lesson I learned is: THE POLICE ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD
>DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD Can you defend yourself, deny stuff and claim to be innocent though? Can you talk but just avoid saying anything that could actually be used against you?
Gabriel Nelson
>he fell for the most basic of all interrogation techniques
Matthew Reyes
>THE POLICE ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD
relax. all you have to do is tell is what you did and you'll be able to walk out of here. end of story.
t. i'm a patrol officer for my local county
Jonathan Perry
>Can you defend yourself, deny stuff and claim to be innocent though?
yeah and how's that going to look after we went through the effort of getting warrants from a judge to look through your shit to find something we knew was already there?
Nolan Price
>THE POLICE ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD
Maybe you shouldn't put yourself in a position where Police are questioning you in the first place, huh.
Daniel Nelson
>Pony Stealer lmao another dumb ponyfag got what he deserved
Jaxson Wood
it's their job to find the crime not for you to help them. it's better to not incriminate yourself and plead the 5th. make them do the work because you are going to get screwed
t. not a lawyer
Julian Mitchell
No, because if you defend yourself one of a few bad things can happen: >You sound nervouse, probable cause established to dig further >You say something that is ultimately proven untrue, minor charge established and fuel to dig at you harder >You narrow down your ability to produce a good alibi with a lawyers advice later
Your fifth amendment rights to not say shit can't be used as probable cause, but the dumb things you say attempting to prove your innocence absolutely can. Simply say nothing, if you must be polite say "I'd like to utilize my right to remain silent". They'll squeeze you like hell and make it sound like you're fucking yourself over but don't believe it, it's all a ruse to get you to sell yourself out.
Chase Richardson
>police aren't your friends Reminder that it's the prosecutor that twists the truth to come up with the charges, the police just collect information.
>Police officers are good boys here to protect and to serve. #BlueLivesMatter
Hunter Peterson
>Doing the right thing >Gets fucked in the ass
Sounds like me when I admitted to smoking weed.
>HUR DUR YOU NEED REHAB TO STILL WORK FOR US >6 months later I finish their shitty clinic >5 years of piss tests to follow
??????????????????
Adam Peterson
>has CP >it isn't on some hidden encrypted volume where no one would ever find it He honestly deserves it, I have no sympathy for criminals who are too stupid to cover their own asses
Asher Diaz
Reminder that talking to the police can never help you and only make it worse.
Luis Sullivan
>mlpfags are dumb pedos Shocking
Evan Walker
It's your autism tax. Next time you'll keep quiet.
Nathaniel Hall
thats what you get for being a low life, fag.
weed. not even once. man
Lucas Powell
>it isn't on some hidden encrypted volume It was, the good boy still gave the password though.
Evan Reed
Even in this scenario, why provide fuel that will ultimately get to the prosecutor? Why not just leave them with nothing but a shitty hearsay case? Be smart, say nothing.
Nathan Reed
>school issued chromebooks let’s not ignore the real crime here
Oliver Harris
kinky
Noah Garcia
I have no sympathy for criminals too stupid to not self-incriminate. When a nigger posts a selfie of himself holding a gun and bragging about holding up a store on social media, I laugh. When some ponyfucker pedo tells the police that he has porn of 12 year old girls right next to his clopping collection, I still laugh.
Daniel Wood
We're Autists of every color. This thread teaches us the dangers of autism of the order, so we must be vigilant so we don't end up with CP on our own computers.
Stay safe Peter from tech support.
John Myers
>on his way to the county jail he asks an officer if his home computer would be searched >officer says that they would apply for a warrant later
WAIT A MINUTE!
Could he have actually gotten bailed out of jail by his parents then go home and immediately get rid of the pizza?
Ian Carter
kek
Jackson Phillips
This is so stupid but I'm going to bet that in school he was told that he should always confess to the police and that somehow it will be better than not confessing. Amerilard education
Asher Smith
destruction of evidence is a big fucking felony.
Chase King
Yeah but there had not been any suspicion by the poolees that he had downloaded CP.
Nathaniel Torres
Yes
Also yes, but much like all other crimes it only matters if you get caught. Destroying evidence of something that nobody knows you did and doing so in a way that nobody can prove you destroyed anything is probably a good idea.
Nathan Wood
This always needs to be posted in threads like this. I'm not a cop hater, not at all.
Spend 46 minutes learning something that could save your future. This matters.
Charles Davis
My school district sent me a letter letting me know that they were spending their budget on chromebooks and I was about to flip tables, considering the fact that chromebooks are shitty underpowered computers and students would benefit so much more from using a computer that was nto shit
Nathaniel Williams
They wouldn't have known though if he had shut the fuck up.
Also, if he hadn't outed himself and mentioned his home computer, the police probably wouldn't have searched it any time soon (if at all).
Jaxon Turner
>Yes The bailing out process is the same even if there's a search warrant planned?
Eli Evans
>down economy >hates school >just wants to neet >just download a few pictures >free room and board for life
Seems like he has it all figured out desu If homeless could afford computers I bet they'd do the same thing
Easton Mitchell
speaking of JUST....
James Kelly
Yes it is, being subject of an ongoing investigation doesn't really effect bail. Main concerns with bail are how much of a flight risk you are and how serious your crime is (because it effects your flight risk). Had he not mentioned his home computer, he probably would have been able to cover his ass pretty easily.
Aiden Johnson

its very unlikely buy you might get questioned randomly for whatever reason if they feel like it.

You don't. What judge is gonna buy the story of some jackass in court for possession of child porn versus the word of a veteran cop.
Dylan Price
>be confirmed at school >log files show computer was accessed during that time >could not have been you
Juan Morales
>What judge is gonna buy the story of some jackass in court for possession of child porn The jewish lawyer would do the talking.
Michael Price
>female therapists for a man I don't know how dumb you have to be to do this
Jonathan Bailey

Jordan King
doing anything but school things on a school owned computer is retarded. its guaranteed to at least have some kind of spyware installed by the sysadmin.
Daniel Davis
It's pathetic, you go to public school and you trip on anything and you're literally held under the gun of a police officer
I visited a high school recently because they had a polling booth there and they have a police officer stationed in their main office (and not because it was voting day)
Such is life in America
Charles Kelly
why the hell anyone would willingly download CP is beyond me. You would literally get less time in jail for smuggling drugs for the cartels than being caught in possesion of CP. Having CP is like having a nuclear bomb in your house that could go off and kill you at any second.
Caleb Cook
its really hard to get anything else in this world anymore. the entire health industry is filled with women.
Aiden Morris
I used to look up "steroids for sale" on mine. :^)

You don't have to admit anything to police, just remember that Shekelberg in the courtroom is the one that really wants to fuck you over. Put blame where it's due.
Aiden Lewis
IT's not autism. Its deserved.
Pedos should be shot
Jonathan Cook
If he cooperated with police here (Australia) good chance he wouldn't even get a custodial sentence. Huge sentencing discount for that level of cooperation.
Oh, and here's how it should have gone down >Questioned by police >Where's my lawyer >Taken home >Degauss and shred all hard disks
Jaxon Gomez
they are probably there to prevent school shootings.
Alexander Price
He should walk / hitchhike to a warmer place and try to rebuild his life.
There's nothing on his criminal record it wouldn't be too hard for him to get a job
Nolan Cruz
You get less time in jail for child rape than CP in the land of the free actually.
Lincoln Moore
In america the police are NOT your friends. They get promoted for how many arrests they make. It's in their best interest to fuck as many people over as possible.
Brandon Young
t. Raymond Babbitt
Asher Ward
And you also get more time for unauthorized access to a system than child rape/CP
Our system is fucked.
Landon Reyes
This is why you very routinely inspect/wipe everything you have
