*ahem*
Can your browser do THIS?
*ahem*
Whoa, even MORE garbage in the browser!
I am pacient.
I, too, want my browser to be literally everything rather than just an efficient web browser.
>Sup Forums
>leeching manchild
>watches anime
Makes sense. Kill yourself.
Yes, it's called an addon. I don't know if you've heard of this technology, it's pretty cutting edge OP and very recent.
an episode of anime takes MAYBE 11 seconds to download fully. Why would I care?
sure but why would i want that? streaming torrents hurts the swarm, you fucking leech.
being this laggy and slow? no. NO chance
Cuck
Why would I want my browser to be an fucking faggot?
Lag where? At the beginning? It wasn't buffered enough.
>it wasn't buffered enough
It's 200MB file user, what sort of shitty third world do you live in?
First time on Sup Forums? Do you need a tutorial on how to use quotes essey
>you
>being a butthurt manchild
>stop watching anime and grow up
>that would be epic
lmao!
Looks like you're the one who's lost.
>streaming anime
Ok, but can your browser do this?
Because Braveā¢ can!
Why the fuck would I ever want that. I upload the torrents to my seedbox anyways.
To be fair, it's the same as downloading a web rip or TV rip.
Only real way to avoid streaming quality is to wait for the bluray.
my text editor can do this.
What's your point?
They're called plugins in Internet Explorer
This would be awesome for TV rips of anime, is much more convenient.
I can do one better. I moved the tab bar to the bottom and added an on/off switch for Javascript. Your move.
>ded an on/off switch for Javascript. Your move.
Brave already has those facilities integrated.
>his browser doesn't have a free VPN
Ok, now put that switch just to the left of the status bar so you can turn javascript on and off without navigating a menu. While I'm waiting I'll add a browser identification dropdown menu to the top right of my UI because I feel like it.
And a hint for you since you didn't get the joke here. You're never, EVER going to top Opera 12's UI.
no, but there's an extension for it, which is preferable to native functionality not everyone needs
also:
>download brave, hear it's great
>highlight some text and drag it to the new tab button expecting it to perform a web search for that text
>nothing happens
dropped
>drag a tab into its own window
>drag it back and drop it in the tab bar
>doesn't work
>has to be dropped over an existing tab in the tab bar to rejoin the windows
omega dropped
Isn't it dangerous to use a browser that has been abandoned?
wut browser dis?
yes, it is. don't try to argue with the opera 12 autists.
Is the future.
>Opera
Opera could download .torrent files many years ago.
Opera 12.15 source code is publicly available now.
And how exactly does that make it secure?
how will this protect you from meltdown and spectre though
update your kernel, dipshit
>not using the next browser
you sound like a stupid pajeet and you probably are one ugly animal
ok and how will opera's source code being public save you from any other 0-day?
IT IS NOT BEING DEVELOPED ANYMORE
IT IS NOT SECURE
FUCKING OPERA 12 AUTISTS I SWEAR
I'm actually two and a half ugly animals. Thanks though.
Sup Forums in charge of knowing how p2p works.
Is Brave not shitty on desktop yet?
Nigger, I know how p2p works, you just have shitty slow internet.
UI is still not good enough in my opinion
Lacks things for example
>I can put files into my client so it means I understand how p2p works!!!
Thanks for proving my point.
The current state of Sup Forums
are literally all of these clients written in fucking node
>80MiB/s
>The current state of Sup Forums
i don't know if i should laugh or cry t b h
Your webm reminds me of Opera's old built in torrent client. Has it really been almost 10 years since I used it? Time really flies by.
Streaming torrents is the biggest dick move of all time.
>Image
The post padding issue was fixed a long, long time ago.
>fixed
i firmly remember opera autists claiming that this was the "correct way" to render Sup Forums, despite opera being the only browser that looked like this. what happened?
yes, the answer is always yes
If i can get 80MB/s from 4 seeders what exactly is the excuse for buffering on a 200MB video?
The ENTIRE video would be downloaded in 3 seconds at 80MB/s
Again, the only reason I could understand this is if your internet is just 3rd world tier or worse.
Ok listen, it's not that you have a 100Gbit/s connection that you won't experience this kind of issue when streaming a video streamed over fucking P2P.
With P2P comes enormous latency and especially when you need to download a file in sequential order, with no guarantee on which pieces will come first. Also your download speed is limited by your peers upload speed and you have literally 0 idea on where they reside or if they throttle their outgoing bandwidth.
When you're streaming a video you can't afford to get picky with which peers you choose to get your pieces from.
Now fuck of back to /r/consumerism and kill yourself.
>hurr durr every seeder has the bandwidth to seed at those speeds
yeah, and public trackers are also known for having tons of seeders with T1 connections lol
come back when you get those speeds on the same torrent as op
i'm not even the guy you're arguing with.
learn how to p2p faglord
>The ENTIRE video would be downloaded in 3 seconds at 80MB/s
Well, it wasn't. You can see for yourself it stops when it runs out of video to play.
I'm waiting for MIDI support on firefox for an eternity now. I just don't care anymore. Switched to botnet chromium.
Nah. I can do it with usenet but my max speed is 500 KB/s so most of the time the download time exceeds the file's duration.
even with shitty public tracker seeders it took all of 40 seconds.
I don't understand why i'd harm the swarm by streaming it instead of just waiting the 35-40 seconds....
>download pieces in sequential order in client
>open file in media player
Same effect, streaming torrents
yeah but do subs work?
>not downloading the highest quality RAWs and watching them through a madVR compatible player
fucken normalfags
Shut up nerd
>uses windows
>calling anyone a normalfag
mpv or bust.
>brave
congrats on submitting to your german kike lords
MPV works on windows
>""""free"""" VPN
So when did people stop listening to "do one thing really well"?
To be fair, what OP shows is not build into the browser, is just an add-on, one the first extensions that are coming to Brave.
Wow, that was hard.
BUY BAT
>manually downloading anime
Learn to use RSS faggots
I don't watch seasonal spew. Batches at the end of the season
>no subs
>RAW
>no subs
guess I got gypped
i am ESL
No, I mean it doesnt support subs. It is pretty useless without that since I only watch chink cartoons.
Can I donate BAT to anti-gay marriage orgs?
Sure, any internet publisher (website) can be added to the ledger.
Nice, a better way to leech of your fellow anime faggots without contributing back.
I can also watch anime on my browser
I just did a test and subs are working.
Why don't you fuck off back to Sup Forums?
Who gives a shit
Get rid of brave. It sucks shit, and is vuln as fuck. When I was running a win box, I randomly looked at the task manager; and that shit was running a fucking shell on my box.
Fuck off, skid.
WTF? I don't see the fucking cat. Opera 12.15 renders Sup Forums just like Vivaldi
does it have MadVR?
Efficiency comes after function.
Really?
yes
>chink cartoons
kill yourself
can you leech from normal torrent clients or is it just webtorrent clients? if the latter, how many people are seeding on wedtorrent?
Webtorrent is only compatible with seeders that support WebRTC.
In other words, it only supports other webtorrent users, and whatever desktop clients support WebRTC (probably none of them)
if that's the case how is that OPs video started almost instantly? are animefags so cutting edge that they're all using webtorrent now?
You are in the wrong internet zone.
>10 lines of javascript to hook into local torrent client
>WOW SO ADVANCED
do you understand how insecure it is to automatically download a torrent
