IQ is about abstracts tests of logic and maths. If you weren't born into a culture that favours arithmetic and "a priori" reasoning, you will not do well. This is partly the reason Africa has such shitty scores, because they are concerned with something else than determining the next logical symbol in a series. This is also why children have higher scores than adults, because they (usually) accept more abstract things.

Saying it's worthless might be too much, but it's definitively NOT a valid way to measure one's intelligence. Creativity, social intellect, and language learning among other things are not evalued at all by IQ.

IQ also tends to dramatically rises once a population is not "oppressed" anymore. Jews tended to have shitty scores pre-WW2 and have now high-responsibility posts. We're seeing today the same things with Japanese and Chinks. It's believable our children will see the same thing with blacks.
