Animu only aired in Canada between '95 and '05 desu.
As far as I know, excluding obvious stuff like Dragon Ball or Pokemon, stuff like Inu Yasha, Gundam Seed and Full Metal Alchemist were really popular here. Most canadian children grew up watching hamtaro in the afternoons and Dragon Ball + Inu Yasha in the night
