Do american girls like guys with Scottish accents

American girls like foreigners in general

Minnesota.
High cost of living.
Intelligent population.
Well paying jobs.
Know for being "nice".
Forest up north, plains and farmland in south.
Tons of lakes.
Lots of Hmong and Somalis.
Lots of people with Scandinavian heritage.
>And German
Lots of snow and cold temperatures.
Large art scene in the Twin Cities.

How would they even able to distinguish s "foreigner"?

The US has people from all over the world, you probably can't tell how long they've been living in the US.

If you don't speak with an American accent, you're a foreigner.

You're basically Canada

You're basically Africa

>Know for being "nice".

What is that supposed to mean?

I'd say it's more of a front for a lot of people, just being polite. But really we're just really insular and passive aggressive.

Southern Illinois
Lots of small towns (pop 1000-5000) around hub-cities (pop. 20,000)
Outside of the cities is either all forest or all farmland
Inexpensive housing and low population density
Drug use and poverty is normal but not running rampant like other parts of the midwest
No minorities (no crime) except in the hub cities

California
Hollywood and spics

Michigan

Cars
Lakes
Farms
Forests
Up North
The UP
Boats
Industry
Motown

Post-industry
Urban decay
Urban crime

...

you got that backwards, Canada is Minnesota

...

Oklahoma
native Americans and alot of casinos

Is Oklahoma the state where the "rednecks" live?

Are they as bad as the media portrays them?

California

Surfing.

Someone from MILWAUKEE here?
We only know them from their tools but I want to know more about this tool-producing state.

Utah

What characterizes it: Mormons to people not in Utah

What characterizes it to people living in Utah?: Non-Mormons who live here and are basically our niggers...they come here to leech off of our services and economy, bring with them meth, heroin and crime, and then bitch the whole time about how there are so many Mormons here and how strict Mormons are.

Non-Mormons in Utah are trash--truly nigger-tier, and should be genocided

Tennessee

Foggy mountains, niggers, jazz, blues, birthplace of rock music, barbecue, and high consumption taxes.

Arizona
Hot as hell, last time I saw snow was ~5 years ago on some mountains on the horizon in the next town over from where I live
Lotsa Mexcans, some of them bro-tier others not so much
Almost everyone I know smokes weed semi-regularly or at least occassionally whichis pretty cool because that means it's always pretty easy to find a dealer

Every state has rednecks.
Oklahoma just has more.

South Florida

3 counties make up South Florida and Miami is over 60% Hispanic while the other two is a mix between whites and black.

Expensive as fuck for no reason as jobs here pay like shit. Most start you at $11 but that's not enough to go by without government assistance.

Full of Jews from up North who are trying to make it a leftist shithole they left.

Non tourist areas are dangerous as you can get shot.

You have to be rich to retire here or else you will be bagging groceries at Publix.

upstate new york is a meme for me

like i heard it so many times

They also make Harley Davidsons and lots of cheese.
I go there often

literally a description of sweden

North Florida, beautiful beaches and lots of springs

Likely taking a snorkeling trip here soon, manatees fucking everywhere

pic related these are all fucking manatees

there's a fair amount of them but what
said is accurate

rednecks are American culture :^)

rednecks live anywhere with a lack of civilization, and most americans posting here are actual unironic rednecks like pic related

I'm from Minnesota, because of most people having a scandinavian heritage, my sing-songy accent got my in trouble a lot.
There are only four seasons in Minnesota; nuclear winter, hail season, unbearable heat and road construction (we have a wide-ranging temperature gap, going from -20 to 110 in a week). Outdoor activities are major parts of the lives of many Minnesotans, including hunting, fishing, and eating dairy products obsessively.

Arr rook same, they have some superficial differences but no one other than gringos themselves would care.

Central Illinois
Obviously similar to southern Illinois, except:
Big hard drugs problem (nearby town known for racism and meth)
Bad crime rates for the population density
Certain areas known for being safe with rich families
Despite crime and drug problems, the housing is fairly moderate.

I've lived in several states over the years
California
Liberal hellscape
Everyone is a fucking asshole except for in a few of the desert counties
There's cool shit to do
As long as youre by the coast temperature is nice, everywhere else it's fucking unbearable
If you're white prepare to deal with the consequences
If you're a woman prepare for inner city rape
If you're a non white, or a lefty, it's 10/10, all else, 4/10

Missouri
Beautiful forests and landscape
Lots of nice small towns, good country old American feel
St.Louis is trash but Kansas city isn't so bad
Generally nice, welcoming people
Humid but never gets too hot
Cool civil war history
Sonic on every corner
Overall: 7/10 state

Kansas
Flat
Small towns are neat
It's really flat
Nice people, good school
6/10 state

Arizona
TRULY BRO TIER
Best gun laws
Thanks to NAU and ASU the number of qt white girls is through the roof
Plenty of desert for offloading and parties
Beautiful Mesa desert landscape
Great blend of American Southwest and American southern culture.
10/10 state

Alabama
Confederate flags everywhere, a true paradise
Super conservative Christian, so as long as you dont complain a lot about things, you'll be treated wonderfully
Southern hospitality
MUH SOUTHERN COOKING
it gets a bit hot though and the humidity is kind of awful
>Mosquitos
Also would like to point out that racism is way more a stereotype down south than it is a reality. However, Bible thumping is fucking real.
8/10 state

Kansas
Known for being retarded and challenging the teaching of evolution in schools, the wizard of oz, and corn. It's shit.

see what I mean

>all these burger bros posting plain vanilla cracker type responses
>not knowing that Yuropoors want to see American stereotypes and entertain themselves
>if they wanted vanilla boring responses they could've just asked one of the Scandis or Germbros

baka tbqh

Check how it's done

Yo! Wassup!! H-TOWN represent! y'all niggers..damn! plain 'ol crackers! this is how we do it in dirty south...

Milwaukee is a city, not a state. The state is Wisconsin. They are known for their dairy as well. It's a pretty decent state from what I've heard.

>Virginia
>Northern Virginia is a tax dollar black hole. As long as the US exists, there will be money flooding in.
>of the 41 independent cities in the US, 38 are in Virginia
>the official name is the Commonwealth of Virginia
>the Southeastern bit of the state is a tangle of said independent cities, due to local officials not wanting to merge their cities into each other like every other metropolitan area in the country
>most of the Civil War was fought here, so we have a lot of battle sites
>humid during the summer. no really this place would be unlivable without AC

whatitdo muh melanin saturated person

From Chicago; basically the most relevant part of Illinois and a big city. The North Side and the Loop are pretty based and South and West Sides act as containment zones.

>No one gives a shit about anything else

The finger lakes, and wine growing/culture associated with it.

We are the second state, next to California, with the most wine production in the fucking country bro.

>Arizona

>Southern culture

You don't know just shit about Arizona...stop making shit up

>or else you will be bagging groceries at Publix.
hits too close to home senpai

t. publix seafood jockey

which city are you from? I would like to move to texas but also I hate the heat so perhaps one area is relatively chill?

Wisconsin
Imagine Finland and Germany had a baby. Less knife-fighting and more driving under the influence.

Tennessee
Divided into 3 parts: West, Middle, & East

West: Pretty much just farmland and the city of Memphis which is the largest city in the state and home to almost all the black people in the state. Once you get outside Memphis most people pretty racist

Middle: Pretty much the same as the West. Farmland and then metro area of Nashville the state capital, where all the rich country singers live.

East: Mountains. Most beautiful part of the state. There's Knoxville which is home of the most overrated college football team in history. The poorest part of the state since everyone's a hillbilly and also the most racist.

>Implying southern culture hasn't speed across the entire sunbelt

California

>coast is god tier
>SF is comfy but has too many homeless
>Santa cruz is great for seeing the surfer stereotype we give off, everything is expensive as FUCK here
>LA is a shithole full of mexicans , smog, and traffic congestion
>Inland empire is a hellhole of hot weather, metheads, and biker gangs
>dont visit central california for any reason
>extreme north is basically oregon
>tahoe is great in winter, meh in summer. Nice lake though
>wine country is neat, cool weather almost year round and its fun to travel through the hills
>Sacramento is up and coming and a metropolis, but theres a bad homeless problem
>eastward along 80 is rich people, then rednecks, then boonies/retired hippies. Comfy if you want to see a third demographic of the state that arent yuppies or liberals.Very nice forests everywhere

Alabama is the biggest shit state around. If it was its own country it would be third world level

Oregon.

Beer, wine, and hipsters but it's still good because we have guns. We do have like the worst secondary education in the union but also really good colleges. So what the fuck. Also it's gorgeous out here. There's some nice groups for my specific autist interests (Functional programming, TTRPGs, and translation) nearby. We have an independence movement that could gain ground because no one likes Trump or Clinton but probably won't because the east half of the state is pretty libertarian and the group has socialist ties so it'll have to kick those to do it.

The economy is decent and the weather's getting better now that La NiƱa is back. We're not catching fire anymore.

Overall I like it here. Kinda high taxes but okay.

Michigan

Beautiful nature, the Great Lakes, and urban decay.

Oh yeah also our coast is fucking great. It's cold, you can't build there, and it's mostly like a national park in terms of the feel. The Goonies was filmed out in Astoria, which is apparently also a haven for ethnic Finns. There's a Pannukassu house down there iirc.

Missouri

White hillbillies, farmers, and average suburban people outside of the two main cities.

Extreme violence, poverty, desolation/abandonment, and the worst gang banging, gibs-me-dat niggers of all time in those two cities.

Also, barbecue, and being the most average place in America in terms of culture and demographics.

That's still quite a bit higher than your minimum wage. So it could be worse.

Also is Miami worth visiting? I've never been to the East Coast or a tropical area and it seems like it could be fun.

How expensive/friendly/available is rural housing? One of my never going to happen fantasies is a cosy house in the woods away from people but still within a drive of a small town. NW america has always stuck me as the perfect place for that.

Hm. Depends on how "rural" you want. Where I grew up was like a $300,000 house we could (and will) never pay off. But there's definitely some nice places out there that aren't terrible. Definitely not a small investment though. Agriculture grabs up some of the land, and a lot of the land is publicly owned.

Looking online, looks to be an average of ~$210,000 or so, getting worse towards the coast, better toward the city. Stay away from eastern Oregon if you want "the NW experience". It's literally a desert.

I am in Maine, it is characterized by objective superiority to every other state.

New Jersey.

South is full on conservative, North is filled with NYC yuppie liberals.

You can buy a decent home in a rural area of Missouri for under 100k US dollars.

Housing here is a small fraction of what it is in the UK, especially if you don't live in meme cities like LA, NYC, or Portland.

Portland is surprisingly not that bad. Two bedrooms go for $800/month which is decently affordable if you have a roommate.

I mean like I said, my family made dumb decisions so we had, at one point, a nearly $3000 mortgage. So maybe it's just a case of "things can't get any worse" on my part.

I read a lot about urban decay. Is that due to demographics, drugs, or job loss?

Blacks, mostly.

Niggers ruined inner cities for everyone

Not Southeast Michigan:
>Lakes
>Farms
>Forests
>Up North
>The UP
>Boats

Southeast Michigan:
>Cars
>Industry
>Motown
>Post-industry
>Urban decay
>Urban crime

When my sister and I were driving home from Yosemite to SF, we passed through the backwoods of Cali

it was so fucking weird, I thought we'd up and driven to texas. There were rednecks everywhere, trailer parks, meth dens, people on dirt bikes/atvs, and it was as if time had stopped in the 90's technology wise

Arizona
Desert, mexicans, urban sprawl, grand canyon

Alabama is bad, but Mississippi is the king of the shitholes.

I find it really fascinating, how every US stateis a small universe of its own - and there are 50 of them, so you can spend all your life discovering them, but never seeing all there is to see.

>challenging the teaching of evolution in schools
That's one nimrod on a school board, and they were voted out at the next opportunity and the problem was resolved.
Now WBC, on the other hand...

Sad thing how such a truly grand and obscenely rich country still has homeless

Not really. The threat of homelessness encourages work. If somebody isnt willing to support themselves, they shouldnt be able to rely on other people paying their way.

Washington:

-Desert and desert-type rednecks in the east.
-Rainforest and logging-type rednecks in the far west.
Beautiful mountains (pic related)
-Wilderness
-High cost of living in Seattle
-Huge tech industry
-Boeing used to be based here, plants still a big part of the economy.
-Microsoft.

Yeah, but people can lose their jobs, become sick, old, simply unable to afford rent...

I think that social Darwinist approach is inhumane. It's not as if your country hadn't enough for everyone.

...

>thinking that you are entitled to what others have earned

typical leftist euro leech

>Midwest
>white people
>tfw live in the Midwest
>tfw not white

Minnesota

>lots of outdoors, lakes, parks, etc
>somalis and hmong in twin cities but otherwise white
>lot of hipsters and liberals, many voted bernie, voted an insane former wrestler as governor a while back
>decently affordable outside of the cities, lots of nice suburbs, fairly wealthy
>gets hot and humid as fuck in summer and cold as fuck with horrible snowstorms in winter
>industry, good education, students tend to score highest in nation
>"Minnesota nice" aka passive aggressiveness

Nicely derailed.

there are a variety of resources and welfare programs, soup kitchens, etc available throughout the country that they can take advantage of to seek mental help and get assistance for finding jobs

Problem is they either don't know about it or don't care. It's actually illegal in a lot of places to give money to bums because they already have opportunities to make money if they seize them. You can give them food iirc

The Columbia Plateau is God's country 2bh.

>Look, everyone, Mr. Settler here

How am I detailing, if American posters themselves often cite poverty as a problem?
I heard about that... There are countless programmes, but they're all decentralized, so not even politicians truly know how much they cost and what they do.

A lot of the aversion against welfare in America has to do with the fact that Blacks and druggies abuse them a lot (from what I heard), but you're living in times when white males are dropping out of the workforce in desperation.

I live in Illinois.
No, I do not live in Chicago. I live in the boonies with the real people of Illinois. Everywhere I look I see corn, and it is beautiful. Every law I obey is made by, and for Chicago.
I hate Chicago.

>Americans think anyone is interested in their states
>they think their states are as unique and diverse as European countries
lmoa

>but you're living in times when white males are dropping out of the workforce in desperation.
They shouldn't have all flooded the market being CS or English majors.

If the media tells you to go into engineering or theater, don't unless you're confident you'll excel and gain experience. You'll be competing with tens of thousands of other students who heard the same shit.

Stop feeding the troll, fuckwit.

No, we just don't like people relying on others to support them.

Yeah, if you want to go to Alaska but don't have the time to travel so far, just go to Florida, same thing

If the place you want to stay in Maine is full, just go to Arizona, same thing

>The Columbia Plateau is God's country 2bh.

It's actually severely underrated. If you are ever on I-90 going through the plateau, stop off at Frenchman Coulee a few miles westbound out of George. It's pretty amazing.
