How is a Natural Racist worst than an Intentional Racist? An intentional racist has made the decision to act while a natural one is doing so out of ignorance.
The intentional racist is much more likely to be acting on an ideology or mindset that they consider to be correct. While the natural one is simply doing so because they don't understand. The natural one shouldn't even be considered "racism" honestly and people who are natural racists can easily be educated or have their views changed while the intentional one wouldn't.
They are extremely rare. I've never seen or heard of anything finding an actual "no foreigners sign".
They are so fucking rare that even Debitou and his crew have to search across the whole of Japan desperately trying to find them. And even when they do find them 50% are taken down apologetically and the other 50% are in some seedy US army base town.

True but its possible at least, there are non-Japs who have done well in Japan over history. Theres the Finnish-Japanese MP in recent times and that hafu politician. zainichi are the only real large minority group and they have some success stories. In the media they are clearly successful and hafu/whites even blacks are visible there, and these days it isn't just for comedic relief, sometimes just legit stuff which is alrite.
I think in part Japan has a tiny tiny population of non-Japanese so that sample size is probably why its difficult to find many examples of success, there can't be more than like a thousand? white/black Japanese citizens.
Yeh if you check his gallery there are like 50 examples or less over the past 15 years across the country with most of them being resolved.
When I'm in Japan i avoid off the grid places because my Japanese isn't great but I've been in them with some better speaking Gaijin and we are welcome enough.
