Yeah true, a friend of mine stepped on his macbook and it's fine. I've dropped mine once or twice, and spilled coffee on it a couple times. Still works fine, though the battery life is only 1.5 hours. Pretty good for 8 years old.

I once had a drunken debate with a macfag friend of mine which laptop is sturdier. He kept repeating the shit argument that Macs are aluminium and thinkpads are plastics. So I lifted my thinkpad, dropped it on the floor and stepped on it with my full weight. The macfag didn't follow
