Nice joke. It's impossible to optimize anything for an operating system that's designed to run on millions of devices. In contrast, there are only like 10 Apple computers, so it's a lot easier for developers to compile programs optimized to specific architectures and chipsets. So when you buy a Mac, and you buy a Windows computer with the same specs, the Mac will have better performance across different pieces of software because they've been optimized for that specific hardware, but the software on Windows hasn't.
