I tell you what that shit is pretty dumb, but i got Jriver media centre 23 and it has this new option called memory playback where it ldecodes the file and loads the raw decoded hi res pcm into ram and plays from it.
Sounds diffrerent, tighter, dont know what to think anymore TBPF. Jitter / Clocking is a thing even inside the guts of PC's ... whoda thunk it.
