Nah, they're nips. In my experience they're reliable and have a decent warranty process but you might be waiting awhile for any RMA process.
For the love of god, do not mix them up with Acer, I hate Acer and a majority of their products that I have dealt with have been a buggy broken nightmare that they would charge me to ship to them, then not even fix it, and just send it back the same way.
