Ryzen 7 2700X

4,2 GHZ!!!

If these things do 4.5 on a regular basis my 5820K gets retired.

Source?

Sauce or GTFO.

if this is true the 2800X gotta do 4.5GHz or more

Probably windows sleep bug
Just like the ryzen 2400g bullshit 4.5GHz

That's about a 10% performance increase, as predicted for the past few months.
Completely obliterates Intel on most workloads and closes the gap even further on gaymes. If it keeps the same price point as Ryzen 1, Intel is fucked, again.

>4.2ghz
>sleep bug
SOPA DELICIA

The 2400G is on the same process node as first Ryzen chips. 2700X is Zen+, on 12nm, an improvement.
Odds are, you're wrong.

It's not sleep bug because turb frequence s hardcoded and read from CPU registers as it is was hard-coded.

1700x turbo frequency is 4 GHz, 200 Mhz more with the same or lower power consumption looks good.

Neat! I don't feel so bad getting a 1700 this late now. Ryzen looking to be a great choice if it keeps the nice prices. Zen2 though, 7nm will be glorious.

BLAZE THE JEWS

It's 4250MHz or 4300MHz with XFR, actually.

Probably won't. Probably 4.4.

It's 300 more.
It's looking like there won't actually be a 2800X though. The 2700X looks to be clocked really high from the start.

>It's looking like there won't actually be a 2800X though. The 2700X looks to be clocked really high from the start.

That's a retarded theory. The top chip will be called the 2800X. If this was the highest speed they can achieve, this chip would be the 2800X, not the 2700X. It's not, so clearly there's one more chip with a higher turbo than this one.

>5% performance gain

B-b-but it was supposed to be AMD's year!

>It's looking like there won't actually be a 2800X though

they need a flagship to top Intel's offerings

>200W

1700x - 3.9ghz
2700x - 4.2ghz

Looks good so far
But we need to know the temps and power consuption

show us 2600x and 2800x

source: your ass

The 1700X max turbo was 3.8GHz turbo. This one is 4.2.
If this tops out at 4.4, that doesn't leave much room for a higher SKU. But I guess. I actually forgot that the 1800X was only 200MHz over the 1700X.

Just add 300mhz base and 300-400mhz turbo.

So 2600X would be 3.9/4.4GHz

But that's almost 10%. Why can't you math?

>amd leaks
Why do you guys shill this crap all the time? It's always fake

MUH GIGAHURRRRZ!!!1

If we take that 2700X retains the 100MHz XFR then it's 4.3, the 2800X might hit 4.5/6, with the threadripper model higher, it already does 4.2 now.

Looks amazing. 300/400mhz higher. ~10% single core.

Looking at the 2600 "leak", which has 5.2% better clock and 7.5% better single core performance it looks like 2700x should see a total of 12.75% improvement over 1700x.

With the new infinity fabric, multicore should be 20% faster.

let me get my fire extinguisher

>He's not aware that intel are the housefires now

hes shilling, pic related

Damnit, I had a bet with a mate on a 10% jump in realworld performance and it's looking like the clock speed alone is going to cover that.
