Wow

just ordered the logitech g502 , was tempted to get razer deathadder elite. Did i do good?

you just got ripped off by buying logitech

what do you mean?

It's alright if you're not playing fps. Very different than a deathadder but good in it's own ways.
Don't listen to this guy Logitech has been doing wonders for the growth of gaming mice.

i'm playing fps games only...

I use it to play fps it's served me well, I might buy a second one if it goes on sale again.

It'll be fine so long as you're comfy with the weight, that's the only real hinderance in fps. It's pretty heavy for an fps mouse at ~120g without weights, where most people will work best with < 95g. If you like it, stick with it. It's a great all-rounder.

honestly all of logitech's cheaper gaming mice have served me well in FPS games (and in general), you'll be fine user

oh okay so it's the weight, but at the moment i play with a massive A4 X-748K it weighs 385 grams lol.

>logishit
you made the wrong choice. get yourself a zowie mouse

I find it a little bit light, but apart from that it's a very good mouse

This mouse looks like something out of gay robot wars, which I suspect is the look you're after.

cheap chinese mice are actually good. my reddragon has been going strong for 2 years now

Ah yeah, no problem then man. Enjoy it!

Zowie's good but wtf is their r&d doing not implementing 3360s and omrons in thier mice yet? Are they just too afraid of killing the mouse industry by establishing a monopoly?

youll have to replace a sensor module within 5 months so may as well buy those now too. I've had 2 of these mice. within less than half a year I always get double click syndrome on one of the main two buttons or the back/forward buttons.
the first ceased to work entirely after around a year.
I really want to know what happened to modern mice that this became a problem with every piece of shit I've tried. Corsair, logitech, razer(lel), and STEELSERIEs have all had it happen.

Should've just bought a zowie.

602 is master race.

Why not a G602?

jesus christ it didn't even know they made mice that heavy

502 it's enough for what i play, a shitty fps game called Crossfire and sometimes WoW PVE

>playing with mice less than a pound
babies

It sucks, especially if you're claw grip since it's obviously designed for palm. The sniper button is way far up there and the only way to reach it comfortably is to lay your palm on it. My self not having baby hands and being a true claw, felt weird when trying to press the sniper button.

The wheel fast scrolling and locking mechanism seems ok, but when locked it's slow as fuck, and when not locked it wobbles and feels like it's gonna fall off. I like that right/left press of the mouse wheel to scroll left and right on a page though. Also, some parts of the construction is actually good quality and rigid and other parts feels like the cheap plastic from G300's. Their software is pretty crapy too, it has nice features, but a lot of times the profiles don't save or you lose settings, ect. Anyways, I returned that shit and got me an M65 pro and couldn't be happier.

He means you could have bought a shitty chink mouse instead.

Go to Sup Forums

I have this mouse. The two mini buttons on the left mouse button are useless.

unrelated: anyone else recently having to solve 4 to 5 captchas to post? It's only the signs too

When you get multiple captchas like that, if the button on the bottom says next instead of verify you can just click whatever. Only when it says verify do you have to actually "solve" it

that mouse is ugly AF

shoulda gotten razer or microsoft

It's a pretty good mouse overall. Personally not a fan of the futuristic design logitech has gone with recently and the forced palm grip with a high weight is unappealing to me personally. I like the Razer Abyssus v2, and the logitech g302 looks like a nice mouse to.

>g502 proteus spectrum
OP don't listen to the people saying this mouse is bad. It's not, it's a great mouse.
Very customizable, durable, accurate, quick, comfy, good for gall kinds of gaming and regular use. This is easily one of the best mice you can get, and it is high quality.

If you went with the Razor deathadder, it'd be in your trash after a few months. Read up. Btw, literally EVERY Razor product I've owned has died within months. They look cool and have good marketing, but the quality of Razor is terrible.

That being said, the only downside of the g502 I can think of, is that it does get grimy kinda quick, but that depends on how much you sweat I guess, and is an issue with lots of mice anyways.

tldr, you dun good.

Source: I own this mouse and have owned it's predecessor, the g502 proteus core.

>emojikek
Disgusting

using it right now. logitech needs to stop with this double click fuckery, but they always send me 'new' mice the moment i complain, so not bad.

Should have gotten a g900

>That mousepad
Can I have a serving of sauce on that?

i just got a refurb (looks like new) back from them. original was bought in june 2015. that's nearly 3 god damn years of warranty coverage on a consumer-tier product where I'd expect 1 max. that alone makes it worth it.

Bought G Pro, and I wanted to kill myself.

I'm gonna get a new mouse come payday. Was thinking the same mouse.

Convince me otherwise you fanboys

Nope. I bought one, it had shit mouse feet and a shit braided cable. Also awkward to hold.
Wish they would make more mice with the MX518 body style. and get away from the sharp edge gayman shit. My MX518 still works fine and bought a G400S to replace it.

My girlfriend bought me this mouse, and it's very nice

You fucked up senpai

the free scroll + mouse wheel left and right is pretty awesome on the g502. if you have claw grip the side buttons are uselss u never could reach them. palm grip is for faggots.

Probably your ape hands fucking your mice up, I've never had this problem with any mouse

Let me guess, during the winter or whenever the air is dry? I put cling film around my switches and the double click meme went away.

Best mouse for games I ever bought OP.

>t.handlet

One of the best meese you can buy if not the best

been using my death adder elite for about two years. no problems aside from the colors, which i have turned off. Its light and the rubber pads are perfect for claw

I had to disable the DPI profile switching buttons right next to the left click, nothing worse than accidentally hitting them mid game shooting your DPI up to 1 at critical moments
Watch the plastic base too, more than enough times I have smacked my mouse on a desk lightly to have the plastic base come off, blocking the sensor
Nothing but a pain really, I miss my steelseries sensei, if only my xenomorph corrosive acid sweat didn't wear away the metallic paint finish

Blowing under mouse button and spamming it is temp fix, but thia shit happens to all omron switches because theyre fucking terrible

fuck macorsaft for making the refresh ime with fucking bluetrak

that shit with a 336x would be glorious

fuck you pajeet you cunting shitstain

Did you get it at a special discount price or anything?

Because if not then no you did not do good. You are just the same as every other faggot who owns this mouse.

I own that mouse as well. But I got it at 70% discount. So at least I'm not gay as you op.

I don't think anybody changes dpi during games
I have volume up/down bound on those, and never accidentally pressed either.

What I hate is how every website claims it's a fingertip grip mouse.

It just fucking isn't, it's heavy and forces your wrist into an awkward position for when you flick around. I have borderline enormous hands and I've had to shop around for a comfy mouse... Plus my PC is a pile of crap and the sensors in each mouse work well for about 3 weeks and then stops tracking properly.

Heavy mice suck. Weights are a meme.

>Everyone sucks Logitech G402 dick
>Buy it since need a new mouse anyway
>Doesn't fit my grip style
>X months later the mousewheel gets fucked
>Have to somehow clean the fucking sensor
>No reasonable way to dismantle mouse to do so
Fuck you cunts

...you can rebind the buttons to anything you want idiot

DPI switching is a meme

Yep. I just wish the finalmouse series were less shitty. I can't justify buying another mouse now that I've realised it was my computer all along that makes them track weirdly.

i had it, it's quite comfy to hold
it's got 3 buttons on the side instead of 2 like most gaming mice. i miss it.

Luckily for me when I bought my g403 and hated the absolute fuck out of the shape I found it had a defective sensor (couldn't handle rapid swipes and I'm pretty sure I didn't reach 40G's)
Got my money back and bought a rival 600 instead.

>smacks his mouse
you're doing it wrong, sensei

literally no one said g402 was good

403 is shit shape and QC on top.

I have had one for over 2 years and only play fps and rts.

>Buy G402 2 years ago
>it still is the best mouse i ever used, except for the G502 i got a few months ago because i saw it for cheap. still use the G402 on the laptop.

Fuck why didn't I think of this sooner

Fat fingers xdd

I only do it for memes, spin around on the spot at 16000 or something DPI
