1) You have to deal with our autism and make the app FOSS and distributed in more than just android play store
2)Look at Clover, the other big chan app and look for the things it does bad or is missing, you have to add something that makes the app seem relevant and not just a "Me too"
3) you need to grow a thick skin to deal with this place, don't get butthurt if people hate your product, just try to see why they are bitching at you and fix the app
