I hope this thread is bait. First install Linux. Because u are a brainlet install Ubuntu. Python will come pre-installed. Then get a book to help you get started with programming. My first Python book was Learn Python The Hardway but you might be too brainlet for that one so you could also try Automate the Boring Stuff which is also a good one for beginners. If you hate both of those books you could also try Headfirst Python.
