It depends wholly on your short and long term goals.
As a general rule of thumb, C will give you solid fundamentals, Java will get you a junior programming job at some corp, and Python will get you making practical programs and having fun sooner.
But that's just, like, my opinion, man.

Instead of Java go for c#
It is basically superior version of Java and they are similar enough that you will be able to transition to Java if needed.
Stay the fuck away from non-typed languages at the beginning. They form very bad habits.
Python is very very easy, very powerful and has tons of libraries. It is pretty slow though. Good starting point if you want to try programming.
Stay the tuck away from lisp(no jobs, hard for the beginner), Javascript(horrible shallow sea of piss... Endless piss which you must traverse to find that one library that does everything you wanted... And then embark on quest to find its dependencies) and PHP(even worse than Javascript)
C/c++ are interesting, will teach you much but are a horrible starting points.

If you want to be a actually good programmer and understand programmes, start with C , move on to C++ and go back to assembly. Now you've a solid understanding of how programmes work spanning machine instructions to oop . You can start the meme languages now. i.e python, ruby, javascript
