/shugazi/ - Shoegaze (Dream Pop, Noise Pop, and Blackgaze) General
Does anyone else think Samurai Sword sounds kinda /shugazi/?
What do you guys think of the new Nothing album?
How did it get an 8.0?
Because it's pretty good
I can't believe no one is talking about the new Wye Oak album! I'm loving this!!
Also Nothing and Sound of Ceres put out great albums this year as well.
Are you guys excited for the Lift To Experience reunion?

youtube.com
it's getting boring, someone make something revolutionizing pls
Didn't even know it was out, thanks for the heads up!
Also thanks to the user who posted Lilys in the last thread, I fucking adore this album
>you will never see MBV live
why
Arguable.
Too intense though, I'd call it noise rock.
born too late
What album is this
Sound of Ceres' Nostalgia for Infinity.
Candy Claws switched their focus from making music about dinosaur times to future times.
They also changed their name.
I really like the title.
It's more electronic too.
Has members of The Drums and Apples in Stereo.
Thanks man im a sap for good album covers
That is a gorgeous album cover
It's also much worst than ceres and calypso
you mean the in the presence of nothing album? i occasionally try to get people to listen to it all over Sup Forums
Yeah but like every album kind of is.
Half the album's great but half is really boring
Can i get some really poppy shoegaze, I really like Ride.
Chapterhouse - Whirlpool is pretty similar to Ride
A Sunny Day in Glasgow - Sea When Absent, Planning Weed Like Its Acid/Life is Loss is very poppy but more modern sounding.
thanks bud. I really like Hounds of Love and Hatful Hollow, so been trying to find addicting melodies in shoegaze.
Also try MBV's earlier stuff (but not too early). Sunny Sundae Smile, Ecstasy and Wine, The New Record by MBV. It's from their (very underrated) jangle pop phase.
It's hard to be on Ceres and Calpyso's level. There was almost no way for them to top that.
are we gonna get >
Listening to pic related for the first time, I feel disoriented in all the right ways
I've listened to most of the prominent stuff and now I cba to look for more bands because I know it will only be to scratch the itch.
Does anyone know this feel.
Thoughts on this anyone?
Anyone know where I can dl more stuff by The Ecstasy of Saint Theresa? This shit is stupid to find online
nah
We wouldn't have wanted it anyway.
>because I know it will only be to scratch the itch
what does that mean?
what have you got so far?
