Band's vocalist doesn't play any instruments

>band's vocalist doesn't play any instruments

wow their job must be soooo difficult

>op doesn't play any instruments nor sings
wow shitposter real proud of you

>band's vocalist can play three/four chords on an instrument while singing
"Oh my god you guys, so talented!"

>the human voice isn't an instrument
Yikes.

>play any instruments
as in any auxiliary devices that can be played i.e not your voice

>main vocalist isn't also lead guitar and songwriter

As someone who has played guitar for 10 years and just started over the past 6 months or so to learn singing properly, I can tell you that yes it is. You need to practice every day to keep your voice in good physical shape, if you sing in the top of your range every day and have even the slightest hole in your technique your vocal folds will eventually get slightly swollen and you'll need a few days voice rest. If you're a touring musician and don't give yourself that option you will develop nodes. You need to keep optimal hydration and overall good health, drinking regularly will fuck you over. Srsly, it's a lot easier when your body isn't the instrument.

>band's drummer doesn't play any instruments

wow the er difficutled job soooo MUCH

>band has only one lead vocalist

>bands vocalist is second drummer....

Oh and also of course, the muscle memory you need to develop to be perfectly in pitch with a good tone all throughout your range is a lot more precise than with guitar. There are no frets on your vocal chords.

is the vooice woodwind or strings?
it has both

>drinking regularly will fuck you over
why is pretty much every great vocalist an alcoholic then?
what about people like amy winehouse who had stellar chops?

>implications of you not being more comfortable and having forgotten how you felt about guitar during your first 6 months

>five piece rock band
>1. rhythm guitar
>2. lead guitar
>3. bass
>4. drums
>5. vocalist

Seriously you little fucker, you can't play rhythm guitar?

you mean amy winehouse who's voice got worse and worse until she died? or whitney houston who's voice got worse and worse until she died? these people had been singing all their lives from a very young age and were able to mask poor vocal hygiene for longer than most would, but it still caught up with them in the end

You can't be a truly great frontman if you have to hold a guitar

>vocalist plays instrument rather than engaging in theatrics

>vocalist plays no instruments
>is also a shit vocalist with a literal one octave range

How do you know they can't? Did you know Axl Rose can play guitar?

>five piece band
>1. guitarist
>2. bass
>3. vocalist
>4. drummer
>5. drummer
