>straight edge

Try Magnog - s/t

I was gonna say the Silver Album, but then I saw it on there

i'm not saying i have the most diverse music taste but i'm trying

There's a chart thread with only 60 posts
Maybe you should learn to use the search bar on the catalog page before you get a trip

>being a scaruffi drone

Favorite albums by the last artists I listened to in chronological order.

Quarantine the Past is the best Pavement album, even in its coherence. Don't fool yrselves.

Acid, "reefer", possibly painkillers. Also s/o to the best Ween album and Quasimoto

Penny On The Train Track was my myspace song

i like being jerked off

more ratings
8/10 from what I can recognize
6/10, I personally can't tolerate Rush, but check plus for all the Fleetwood and People are Strange
8.5/10

god i'm miserable

sry for no recs

It should be Waltz for Debby NOT Moon Beams, god what an idiot

You like writing sometimes
you like italian food and little girls
you dress quite colourfully
you like coffee with milk and sugar

moonshake – Eva Luna
Dopplereffekt – Gesamtkunstwerk
Tindersticks – S/T

Morningrise
Very nice.

Annexus Quam – Osmose
Wildbirds & Peacedrums – Heartcore

Claude Delangle – The Solitary Saxophone

>using Topsters

Rypdal, Vitous, DeJohnette – S/T
Tim Berne – Science Friction

I can see your reasoning with that guess considering mu taste but actually I HATE adding stuff to my coffee, I want it as strong and harsh as possible.
I would say you hate getting noticed and you're a very discreet person. Am I right?

Hey a while back you recommended me Waltz for debby and I love it, it should ve on my chart instead of moon beams Any similar recs pls? I'm still a complete jazz novice!

I actually dress in black or maybe greyscale in the summer

I wore blue the other day though

i just imagined myself listening to those albums in a comfy sofa with a milky coffee
>I would say you hate getting noticed and you're a very discreet person. Am I right?
i dislike people who force the attention onto themselves for no reason and/or ar very loud, so i try to be the oposite of that (even though sometimes i speak loudly myself without noticing it while i do it). dont feel very comfortable with eyes on me most of the time either
missing most of these today, damn

i associate my fav albums with a glass of red wine or something. I'm afraid you wouldn't like me I'm a bit of an attention whore.

yo, that's cool, glad you like it

listen to Bill Evans Trio's Sunday At The Village Vanguard if you haven't already

and definitely check out some more trio based jazz, these are some of my favorites:
Ahmad Jamal Trio – Live At The Pershing
Haynes, Newborn, Chambers – We Three
Ellington, Mingus, Roach – Money Jungle

The Max Roach Trio – The Max Roach Trio Featuring The Legendary Hasaan

more modern ones, but still good:
E.S.T. – Leucocyte
Steve Kuhn Trio – Life's Magic
Keith Jarrett – Changeless

The Dead Texan - s/t

Shinsei Kamettchan - Tsumanne
Shudder to Think - Pony Express Record
Aoki Takamasa + Tujiko Noriko - 28

You're welcome.

>what's the appeal of loud city song
The atmosphere. Jazzy-pop with densely layered string and brass arrangements and even some saxophone solos (!) laid down into a night in the city through field recordings and abstract lyrics.
The songwriting. The blend of pop and avant-garde is very unique, the way it flows in and out of catchy and stomping pop tunes (In The Green Wild and This Is A True Heart) to droning and sometimes pretty wild avant-garde passages (middle to end of Maxim's II) is amazing. The voice and personality. Julia Holter is one of my favorite contemporary artists and got one of my favorite voices.

Also, where else could you find a cover of a 60's girl group song slowed down with a large droning string arrangement? And where else could you find a jazzy pop tune where the saxophone solo flows into the strings seamlessly?

Hey user, thanks

would you mind uploading dig archaeology II on mega or another site for me? thx
