they are cardiacs an extremely influential prog/punk/pop group which mike patton, thom yorke, and damon albarn all cite as a large influence. Tim smith is the main guy but he stroked out 8 years ago and is paralyzed so they haven't done much recently.

I'd rec A little man his house and the whole world window for a starter album.
