I didn't like it at first but I think it's good now. The point is that most of the songs don't have the fun style Big Bang usually has, so it's hard to get into it from the first couple of listens. Most people would just give up and move on.
Yeah, Loser has some nice lyrics and the song isn't bad. But if you don't read it you might dismiss it as another boring ballad.
There's definitely a lot of sincerity because I think it talks about something that everybody's been through at some point. One of the good things is that Big Bang can actually write emotional songs. Let's Not Fall In Love and If You have interesting lyrics too, but not Loser tier.
It's a very simple song so I get it when people call it a filler track. I just think it's simple and fun. You can't overthink that one.

BlackPink is the ultimate distraction for VIP. They are currently angry or curious about what YG will do next for BlackPink rather than what is happening in August.

YG shouldn't try doing anything but release music. I think if they let the idols handle their careers it would probably be more successful without the company holding them back.
