Poles here are universally hated, they can't even speak english, they take our jobs and are all ugly subhumans that smell like shit. Yet I met a bunch of native Polish people the other day and they were calm, fine-speaking individuals, most of them actually looked white.

Everyone I have ever met talks shit about poles in private. I have met many, many poles here that have stayed for 5 years plus and don't know shit in Icelandic. As Norgebro said below, they evade taxes so companies here can use them as cheap labor.
