All my country has is different accents, to the point that neighbouring cities mock one another over those

More like almost-another-language dialects.IMO best is Scutari gheg and worst is fucking standard "dialect".

Who is this came-dame?

my favorite accents/dialects in this shithole: Gauchês, Mineiro and Caipira

Worst: The entire northeast

best is the northeastern dialect
worst is the budapest dialect, which always puts fucking articles before names

i. e. "Elment a Géza" - "The Géza left"

fucking disgusting, and it spreads in the whole country as an epidemic

good tier: Buenos Aires province
shit tier: everything else.

worth a mention the ones from San Luis and San Juan, they sound funny

best: scanian
worst: all other, especially cuckholm

...

Who is this pecker-wrecker?

>San Luis associated with C*rdoba

triggers me everytime

This is wrong.

Best: Stockholm, Dalarna and up (until sames)

Worst: Below Gothenburg

>Best: Stockholm

Wisconsin/Minnesota accents are the best.

Texan accents are nice most of the time.

Southern california/valley girl accents are the worst

No, of course not.

"névelő" a név elé, mi ebben a gond?

arr sound the same

I have a friend from gothenburg, she constantly makes fun of the way people from stockholm speak, memes aside they sound like well, faggots and like they are biting their tongue.

the Stockholm accent sounds pretty much like generic Swedish.

Best accent? Standard accent.

I swear all those dialect-speaking vermins should be sent to the camp to change their accent. They all sound disgusting and embarrassing but they don't realise this.

as a native from C*rdoba who lived in San Luis, I confirm it's not the same, in any way 2bh.

Lowcountry south/classic Virginian are objectively superior. Texas southern and northern midwest are close seconds though.

Totally agree with the Cali opinion though.

>the Stockholm accent sounds pretty much like generic Swedish
stop perpetuating this meme

I don't actually remember virginian accents.

I'll have to look them up.

>best
Rural New England, northern Ohio
>worst
California, urban Pennsylvania

Northern accent sounds gay, Southern accent sounds funny, Midwest accent sounds cute, Valley accent is annoying as fuck, Cajuns sound like they have a potato in their mouths, New England accent is obnoxious and funny.

don't ebonics count as an american english accent though?

...

Ebonics isn't really a thing anymore. Black Americans have regional accents like everyone else.

Sure, but it's still specific to its region. California is still worse.

Gaúcho, Caipira, Sulista and Recifense are my favorite. Carioca is by far the worst.

lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lietuvių_kalbos_tarmės

Lmao they are all adorable.
They're all pretty much Lithuanian but with little variations.
Samogitian is cute because it's almost like a new language.
Others that are not the Western Aukštaitian Kaunas region subdialect are considered to be pleb accents.

Some lads made memes about the Eastern Aukštaitian dialect
youtube.com/watch?v=9LUdK_E4oWs

We also make fun of the Southern lads around Marijamuooooooolllėėėėėėėėėėėė because they sound so silly

>skåning

Lycka till med skithuden där nere, stockholmska är rikssvenska.

>New England/Bostonian and Brooklyn
>Anything besides shit

ok

Yes, see vid : youtube.com/watch?v=Egrfsn2CU8E
Best ones are the neutral ones, basically anything that isn't northen or southern France.

worst is liverpudlian probably
I also now hate the essex accent because one of my housemates is from there, and everytime I hear her or any girl from there my dick literally retracts back into my body

Gaúcho/Sulista, Caipira and Mineiro are by far the best

It sounds a lot like Russian desu.

>stockholmska är rikssvenska
Nej, det är det inte.

No, seriously, who is she? Is she from Argentina?

Californian accent is generic North American. Valley girl accent is a very specific place.

You might like Best Korea

that's not the topic of discussion
talk to me about the silecian accent

Honestly I think deep southern (like Georgia) sound like flaming faggots.

Literally gas everyone with a Cologne area accent.

No, all Californians have an accent.

delet this
t. georgia

although I will say that Tennessee/Virginia has better accents than georgia. But you have to be careful because both states are pretty close to Appalachia/West Virginia, and those people sound twangy-er than their banjos.

kom hit för att skratta åt dig

I guess we have like 4 or 5 main dialect familes divided into local dialects but the differences are so minute and nuanced that only linguists see them, with the exception of really distinct memedialects everybody knows

other than that we're mainly divided through lexical dialects (gwary) and tend to notice odd words and expressions more often that unusual accents

I literally cannot stand southern accents, as well as Californians. Though, californians pronounce things relatively normally, they all sound like they've been fed soy their whole life because every single one of them has a lisp.

I like mid-Atlantic the best.

>God tier

Everyone else.

Worst is the estuary accent, it's the one I always hear abroad and it makes me ashamed to be British

i wonder why

No, not especially. Queensland is a bit different.

>silesian accent
it sounds wacky as fuck, all the other regions laugh at it
now gib sauce on OP gril pls

I don't know if they qualify as accents, because afaik foreigners might not be able to distinguish them, but there are regional differences to how NZers talk

maori also have their own accent

We have dialects. Best is Upper Carniolan and the worst sounding would be the Littoral. Unless you count what they use in the capital.

Yeah ok but onto an actual ranking:

this.

why u guys here hates sicily/south italy so much?

Obviously it's an attempt to mask their feelings of intellectual inferiority, but Sicilians see through such a simple charade.

This guy gets it, although I would add Manchurian and Geordie accents are also shit tier

I think we and Mexico are the only countries in Latin America who actually have very different accents, mostly because of our geographical position

>does your country have different accents
yes

>objectively the best one

hebrew in afrikaner accent sounds godly

>the worst one
yemeni/iraqi, both are garbage

Your country has 50 shades of sudaca accent mixed heavily with italian faggoccini.

Hmm.... really makes you think

On my phone, didn't watch vid.
Why do some french say R in a "gh" and others with a hard "R". Is it accent, dialect or people from other countries that can't say it?

it gets worse the further you are from stockholm

I like how Midwestern U.S. "accents" are extremely flat and plain spoken. Very easy to understand by any listener.

I can't stand southern accents of any kind.

We have too many. TOO MANY. But we have loads of funny ones as well, can't think of any I hate except Brummy.

They don't vary much regionally, it's pretty much standard.
The best one is the General Australian

Worst, not sure but probably whatever shit abos or deros speak I guess

we pretty much have only 2.
best: moscow
worst: siberian (nordic)

posh menuda mierda tu gilipollada de paizzz tio ossshtia puta

seguro que hablas como el rubius vos galleguito forro de mierda

If it makes you feel any better the old style southern accents are disappearing quickly. Here in North Carolina it's hard to find unless you go into the isolated mountain towns.

We are supposed to pronunciate it with the throat like the german "r" but smoother. According to my experience our pronounciation of the "r" is now united.

Otherwise rural/old french used the latin rolled "r", but it is gone now.

is american english with chicano accent a thing now?
