Odnoklassniki is a social network for old people, literally means "classmates". Promoted as a site where you'd log in and find your old shitty classmates you haven't seen for 20 years. In Russia it's only popular among middle aged people and provincial population. When I served in the army I was surprised to find out that most (even young) non-muscovites preferred to use it over our facebook clone called "vkontakte".
Either Germoney has that many old Russians living in it, or they are just fishing the site for mail order brides.
