ive already listened to SotL
among my favorite ambient/drone, good shit

whoops i'm stupid
grouper and hymie's basement then

2000 and youre still here

I'm loving your chart

>you might like this david hykes
Already know and love that album, the bells can be a little annoying. But I think without them I would float away into eternity and completely lose track of reality.

>who's that on the DG?
That would be Alice Sara Ott on the cover of her recording of Liszt's Transcendental Etudes'.

Parabellum – Tempus Mortis
Eldrig – Everlasting War Divinity
Iva Bittová / Milos Valent, Marek Stryncl / Solamente Naturali / Bratislava Consveratory Choir – Vladimír Godár: Mater
Netherlands Chamber Choir / Tallin Chamber Orchestra / Tónu Kaljuste – Joep Franssens: Harmony Of The Spheres
Vlad Tepes / Belkètre – March To The Black Holocaust
Knokkelklang – Kalk & Aske
Skepticism – Stormcrowfleet

Yeah, definitely a grower for some.

ooo

Brand New - The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me
Neon Indian - Psychic Chasms
Duster - Stratosphere

...

Godár and Franssens look interesting, thanks; the rest are in intermittent rotation with the lln split being around top 10 bm for me

in that case you might like the Osborne Harmonies poétiques and maybe the Années de pèlerinage which rank as my favorite Liszt so far (esp the third suite of the latter)

I'm too tired for this

the cure - the head on the door

Talking Heads - Fear of Music

pretty cool I enjoy

do you have the names for those? particularly the top 22.

Ah, nice. Yeah, easily some of my favorite choral pieces. Hope you like them.

Sounds good. You had some other metal gems on your chart so I was just making sure to be honest.

I'll check those out. Thanks.

King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard - Nonagon Infinity

KMD - Mr. Hood

Melt Banana - Fetch

Thanks dude. Already listened to Dismemberment Plan which I didn't really like but I'll check out the rest

I tried listening to Radiohead for the first time the other day and it was boring as fuck. Rec me something that's the opposite of that

check out Truckfighters

No problem, hope you like at least one of them.

Recently picked up Björk.
It's honestly one of the best musical experiences I've ever had.

Would appreciate some artrock/artpop recs, but any rec is fine.

Lemon Demon- Spirit Phone
How did you manage to live into the 21st century and only just now hear Radiohead?

Thanks mate. I've listened to the first two, but I'm going to check out Melt Banana now!

It's not like they get radio play around here. I thought they where only big on mu t b h

Beautiful chart

Some of those albums are garbage but fun as fuck so I give it a pass

+1

your all my favorite because you all have unique and upstanding taste in music :)

Unwound - Leaves Turn Inside You
Have A Nice Life - Deathconciousness
Paavoharju - Yha Hamaraa

Nah, one of the most popular and culturally relevant band around. Where do live, roughly?

Florida. I've never heard anyone talk about them before coming to mu. Granted i've been here a while, I just procrastinated on listening to most mu core because i thought it was just memes

Thanks!
I love Deathconciousness
Will listen to your recs.

What album is the black and white pumpkin head with a guitar?

kiss kiss - reality vs the optimist is like that cursive album but better

I used to live in Tamps - St. Pete area, truly terrible radio stations. Nah, they get lots of play other places, really widely respected. I personally love a lot of their music, but if it's not your thing, that's cool.
Thanks! Hope you don't hate them.

youre my fav

you're a shitty white man, and yeah, bye.

>carpenters
>nancy sinatra
>the beatles in general
>joy division in general
>abba
this has to be b8

where are you off to, shitty white man
also i know for a fact that one of them is a turk and i think another is black

I'm black. You're just typecasting me because I only had 3 hip hop albums and 3 soul albums in my chart, instead of 42 pictures of YG's new album.

Probably thinks he's intellectually superior because he listens to classical music
or baiting
either way
leave this planet

learn how to appreciate genius production, idiot.

Even your taste in classical is superficial. It's like you read a children's book on composers and picked out ones you thought people who be impressed by.

I own a copy of Tago Mago and like Halleluhwah as much as anyone but I feel like people that put it on charts or favorite lists are trying too hard to present a certain image.

>projecting ulterior motives onto people you don't know

TEXTBOOK insecurity

Well, I certainly can't appreciate you.

this nigga thinks the carpenters had genius production. good job derailing an decent thread btw

God, that's some damage control. You're not significant just because you consume things people tell you are significant.

>man
Did you just assume my gender?

considering Can are Sup Forumscore at this point, i doubt it

chart of punk things that are not as an album or comp

Lee Noble is nice

Desperate Bicycles - Smokescreen/Handlebars

Neonbabies - s/t

Do any of you make your charts by hand?

Listening to Truckfighters now. So far, so good! Thanks

I feel like most people only include Sup Forumscore stuff because it's obligatory. Not that it's bad, I just don't see how everyone universally appreciated the same 10 albums on the same level.

How naive do you have to be about music to think that people only like Tago Mago to look cool?

i don't recall ever saying that. they're a good band though.

nothing in this post even begins to refute your clear insecurity, it only makes it more alarmingly obvious. i suggest growing up.

this taste is a mix of a grandpa, shitty 20 some year old, and a stack of rotting cardboard

Nobody in this thread believes that, including yourself. The fact that you think I'm insecure would suggest that's actually the case on your end. Why else pick a fight with a dozen strangers over how superior you feel you are? Nobody cares until you do something useful.

Holy fuck I've never seen anything more sad than this piece of shit.
Literally begs to be viewed as a special snowflake by replying to literally everyone.
You should just end it right now.
Your choices aren't even that good. You've got literally nothing to say on anyone in this thread.

>I feel like most people only include Sup Forumscore stuff because it's obligatory
nah
can is just a band that's quite easy to love, appeals to much wider tastes than most other Sup Forumscore / music discussed in this board.

Yeah, but there's a few albums in the current list that could be pretty divisive.

It was innovative sure but in the decades since its release surely there is something you like more than it to listen to all the way through.

who called the hit squad on xus

do you feel that shoving people's tastes into arbitrary compartments clears the way of your self-created dissonance ?

>The fact that you think I'm insecure would suggest that's actually the case on your end.

this makes no sense. you were the one who projected ulterior motives onto someone you don't know because you're self-conscious and for some reason have a problem with classical music.
>Why else pick a fight with a dozen strangers over how superior you feel you are?
why do you think that's what's going on here lol

another winner who doesn't actually care about music.

Liking the go! team so far. Thanks man.

>do you feel that shoving people's tastes into arbitrary compartments clears the way of your self-created dissonance ?
yes and it does the job perfectly, thanks for asking. But i wasnt the one that came and said every other poster was a shitty white man out of the blue
